★☆☆☆☆ -10 star Starr Flexx · 6 Oct 2026I sent him a picture showing them that I’m not signed up for their overdraft protection for what on my other accounts , the picture shows that it even states that I’m not even qualified for overdraft protection, but they took money out of my account the same amount as a cash advance. I don’t want no cash advance, but they’ll bully you advance because they state that they can’t give you your money back if they make an error … not even a week after I got one advance they take a monthly fee. They don’t wait .. I didn’t send 1000 emails and I get AI .. saying that I’m not getting my money back, fo

rcing me into a cash advance.. I keep asking for you to close my account. They won’t do that because they’re gonna come up with something else to charge me for no reason. Protect your kids your family and friends and self from kickoff and from this one too . These crooks used so many different names and systems to hide who they are because once you get screwed over and not want to use one service, they’ll sneak back in when you need help and bully you into paying stuff that you don’t even use.. make sure you tell your kids not to use these apps. Make sure to protect your parents as well. Even without an advance, they will take your money and basically force you to use their service by taking your money out of your account unauthorized.. put you in limbo for days.. That’s not helpful to nobody.. they’re crooks -

★☆☆☆☆ Don’t actually work MJDphotos · 2 Sep 2026It's a good app when it actually works which is rare especially when you pay them back now all of a sudden your bank account can’t be verified or they can’t find your income. Which doesn’t make sense if you just took money from the same bank account and gave me multiple advances before linked to the same bank account. You can get approved for a $75 advance then $250 and get knocked back down to $50-75 advance. Even though nothing changed on your end. You can pay back early everytime and try to get another advance just to given the same or less or none at all. Doesn't always detect paychecks ev

en though nothing has changed on your end. If you are self employed and take payments through multiple methods then send the money to your account the good luck. They will show you all payments/money coming in. You will select the payments/income and they won't accept/detect it. It's very inconsistent. I would recommend credit genie or possible they actually care about their customers to fix issuesDeveloper reply · 31 Aug 2026Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our cash advance amounts are determined by our automated systems using your bank account usage, paycheck frequency, financial history, and other underwriting factors. Generally, any change in your connected bank account's financial situation can impact the amounts we can grant. At this time, we cannot manually adjust the amount on our end, but we hope to expand our options in the future. -
★★☆☆☆ No accountability for their own mistake. charfic · 26 Aug 2026I have taken out quite a few advances from these guys and would’ve honestly given them five stars. However, I had to close my membership and delete the app because they have no real contingencies in place when their system messes up. I took out an advance 3 days ago and $50 of it was paid back to them today. Normally, they don’t take repayment until my next paycheck. I had also recently paid them back for an advance last paycheck so my paycheck cycle is right there in their system. I reached out and got the AI chatbot who told me that their paycheck detection must be off by a bit and that

there’s nothing they can do because a partial repayment was made ($50). Falling into the cash advance trap is my fault at the end of the day. However, people use these apps for many reasons and if this is how this company handles it’s on F-ups, I just can’t support it. No one is pulling out these advances because they have a surplus of money so when surprise billing happens it hurts more than most. I’m giving two stars because there have been multiple advances made that didn’t have this problem, but how a company response to a situation like this shows what they think of their customers and just their true colors in general. I would give one star if this happened earlier on. So if you’re down on your luck and short on funds, just know there’s a chance that their system will mess up, they’ll take a partial payment from your account, and they will basically take the cash advance back from you. If you spent it immediately on bills etc, you’re extra cooked.Developer reply · 31 Aug 2026We're truly sorry to hear about what you’ve experienced. ★★★★★ Horrible online service Gene's I-POD · 29 Jun 2026When I requested the cash advance, I did not notice that the payment was in four days. When I tried to rectify the situation, there was no easy way to talk to anybody in fact you could not talk to anybody and I could not repay it right away so now I was charged an extra five dollars for something that I didn’t know that I was doing because I thought it would be paid at my next pay period which was the 10th and I found out that you have me incorrectly being paid on a Tuesday or Wednesday, which is ridiculous so there was no way to rectify that and there’s no way for you to look into my account

★☆☆☆☆ My feelings have changed… Broke Chick ‘49 · 14 Jun 2026I used to love the Grant app but lately, I’m super disappointed! I’ve been using this app for a couple of months now and everything ran smoothly, get an advance, pay it back in full, then receive another advance when I desperately needed one but after I paid back the last advance and tried to receive another one it says that “it cannot detect my paychecks” which is really strange because it’s literally the same company I’ve worked for for the past 5 years, the same bank account, the same pay schedule, everything is the SAME so I can’t understand why all of a sudden they can’t detect my paychec

ks. However they have no issues at all with my bank account whenever they snatch that $7.99/month membership fee I pay to just be told the same BS over and over. I’ve tried reaching out for help but I just keep being told to try again later or contact my bank. I just don’t understand why you guys do this kind of stuff to your loyal customers! I’m getting ready to delete the app altogether and just cut my ties with them.Developer reply · 25 May 2026We're sorry that we are currently unable to detect your paychecks or direct deposits. At this time, we can only use consistent direct deposits to qualify for the cash advance offer. We don't have a manual verification option, but our team is working to improve this process for the future. If your direct deposit date and amount are consistent, you may be approved in the future, so please check back later. For further assistance, you may reach out to us at support@grantcash.com. -
★★☆☆☆ Not The Best Cash Advance App… Lotustiger77 · 11 Jun 2026I do not recommend the Grant App in the event you are really struggling to make ends meet. It started out as reasonable but that quickly devolved to more loan shark tactics. I personally had a medical emergency and a case of fraud with my primary bank account which led to a more complicated moment to address and correct. I contacted Grant, explained the situation and requested just a brief extension. The response that I got was that their funds retrieved system was automated but it should have registered a missed payment to resolve. Instead, their system keeps hitting the account and just keep

s adjusting the amount it’s pushing to retrieve in order take the money which doesn’t stop. So while I’m dealing with a medical emergency and other bank fraud activity they’re wiping out anything I have resolved. Which means their system is monitoring the inputs and outputs of my account to push withdrawals on their end. Having someone tell you they can’t pause a repayment by a week or two is awful. Which makes this particular app designed to be more predatory. It’s not big money here either. But let’s face it, if you’re needing an advance, you’re barely getting by and living hand to mouth. Every little bit matters. And cash advance platforms do not help your credit. So if you’re really struggling, this is not the best cash advance platform.Developer reply · 14 Jun 2026We're truly sorry to hear about what you’ve experienced. ★☆☆☆☆ Worst cash advance app out there. Angry Chef Nate · 4 Jun 2026My bank account was down to $10. I download this app, and had to pay $9.99 just to be eligible for an advance. That brought my balance to $0.01. Then they did a withdrawal of two small amounts ($0.03 and $0.06) to “make sure my account was active. This was something they already knew, since I connected via Plaid. Each of those debits caused my bank to hit me with a $35 overdraft fees. $70 total. Just to get approved for a $25 advance. Before I applied for this advance, I had $25 in my account. Now I have -$45. Thanks for nothing. I contacted support, and their response was literally we can’t d

o anything about that, your bank charged you those fees. Yeah, because of your terrible business practice. Also, they could have done something about it, because the same thing happened with Earnin years ago, and they immediately credited my account $70 to make up for it, because they actually care about their customers. Grant will never own up to their mistakes. Horrible company, horrible app. And I’m revoking ACH so they won’t get their advance back. I have $55 less than I started with, 100% because of them. You will never get your $25 back from me.Developer reply · 7 Jun 2026We're sorry to hear about your experience. Grant charges a $.99 auto-recurring monthly subscription fee to use the platform. The subscription provides access to features that support eligibility for cash advances, but cash advance amount is still based on several factors including account activity and other internal criteria which can change over time. Additionally, when you sign up for our subscription, you will be charged your first subscription fee after your first advance repayment. After that, you’ll be charged on a monthly basis. We’ll automatically debit your linked account for the subscription fee. For further support, please feel free to reach out to us at support@grantcash.com. -
★☆☆☆☆ Not a good product Anonymous4567p · 2 Sep 2025I do not recommend using this product. First off, the disclosures are not clear. If you get a cash advance under the basic, your account automatically converts to the plus and at the end of the month, you are charged a subscription fee. Also if you have more than one income, they will base your advance off your lowest income. Now here is the bait and switch part. If you want your advanced based off your second income, you have to wait for payment for two cycles. Ok, what’s the point of them checking your account in the initial set-up and they can clearly see you have multiple direct deposits.

Also, most important, there is no flexibility if you need more time to repay! None! Everything is bot enabled and every time you ask a question in the chat, you will receive a message that says at this time we are unable to… The subscription is $9.99 per month. An advance off $25 or $50 is not worth it when they are taking one fourth of the advance. I do not recommend! -
★★★★★ Disappointed NyMari83 · 29 Aug 2025I’ve used this app successfully for two cash advances and now all of a sudden after repaying my advance they can’t detect my paychecks even though they show my updated balance after my paycheck hits. I’m seeing numerous ppl have had the same issue. They also withdrew half of the payment a day before the repayment schedule even though my due clearly showed a specific day. They make sure to take your money from your account but can’t detect the activity in it? Unless they fix the issues, don’t waste your time with this app. I’m closing my account. Also, if anyone is having issues with them still
