   Just like all the other reviews say, you do have to pay $6.99 JUST TO SEE IT YOU QUALIFY for an advance. Yes they stare that with paying the $6.99 for premium unlocks other stuff like more ways to earn, identity protection bla bla bla. But i am definitely sure that i speak for a lot of us when i say that we do NOT care about all that extra stuff when we are clearly using the app ONLY for the advance feature. As a company, if you want to generate great feedback and credibility, then maybe idk only charge the $6.99 AFTER the consumer accepts their first advance. Stop trying to charge us just to

I dont care about offering refunds if we aren’t eligible for an advance, simply just stop charging the fee before we find out if we qualify and i guarantee all of us would be happy. Please dont reply back with the other benefits about premium, i have already read other reviews and your support team’s response and i simply do not care. Plus you have a history of not responding fast enough to user issue/complaints so offering a refund is way more difficult than just avoiding the charge whatsoever UNTIL AFTER we accept our first advance. You seriously should consider my review if you want better 4-5 star reviews, thats the truth.

   People PLEASE READ!!! This is a bait and switch business model. They purposely design their app to look like you qualify for cash advance with the disclosure that you may not be approved for a cash advance (they do this to create a sense of transparency). But when you apply for it you have to sign up for their premium subscription which is 7.00$ just to unlock THE POTENTIAL CHANCE that you’ll qualify for it… you’re not paying 7$ to secure your approval, that’s right you’re just paying 7$ to see if you qualify. Then when you pay and connect your bank you will not qualify but they keep your 7$ e

   ven when you cancel the subscription on the same day. I have great credit but found myself in hardship, there’s no reason I shouldn’t qualify. I tried having my partner sign up too, and she didn’t get approved either despite her fair credit. Luckily we have great banks and will be doing a chargeback, you should do the same. Do not let these modern fraudsters take your money. Even if it’s just 7$ they’re most likely doing this to thousands of people every day, they’re getting rich little by little off not approving a lot of people.

   Absolute trash. They said my account was disabled because of an issue with my card but my advance was paid back that same day from my linked bank account no problem so I didn’t notice any issue until I opened the app a week later and saw my account was suspended. Reactivated my account then. They charged me for the month membership, prorated it to the date I paid them back again ONTIME but they said was a problem. Then says advances will be blocked for ANOTHER 9 days due to the issue. So basically Im paying for a month I can’t use. Contact customer service(bot). They say someone will contact m

   I recently gave a bad review, because I was unable to cash my earnings out because I was told that they no longer supported the bank I was using GO2bank and that I would have to delete my account and make a new account. Even though I had to delete my account and make a new one they let me send proof off my purchases in the game app and proof of my identity, and they sent me the funds immediately on a gift card.    I am writing this review so hopefully the developers also see it, you’re customer service team needs some major update and changes. Because it took me almost 24 hours to get a response to a question I had about a payment date. Then when I finally get the response and I try to ask a question, the customer service disappears entirely from the conversation. I fail to understand how it’s difficult to keep the conversation going about the concern. Essentially if you don’t answer them back within seconds, they disappear. It’s absolutely ridiculous and very frustrating.

   Although I’ve never had any technical difficulties with this app and the app does offer different features, to me it’s not worth it, ESPECIALLY the cash advance feature. Throughout the years I’ve used several cash advance apps and it’s the apps like this one that I will never understand. I can understand starting someone with a low amount because you want to see how they do paying the advance back…but after that person has continuously paid back several advances on time, their direct deposits are always the same amount, spending history stays consistent (basically all of the requirements are m

I read another review and completely agree with the person…you pay a $4.99 per month subscription fee to get a $10 or $20 advance?? And yes I know there’s other ways on the app to earn more like games and other offers but what grown adult has time to sit around and do those things to make literally nothing? This app might be ok for a working teenager or very young adult but not worth an adults time. MANY better cash advance apps out there with a MUCH higher limit that won’t decrease your offers after you pay them over and over again on time. Will be canceling my subscription and uninstalling.

   I had paused my subscription. This has been such a great help to me since I did not get paid a month worth of work and I have a case with the labor commission. This has been something that’s been helping me get through. They kept telling me to do it and I’ve done it three times now paying $15 and instead of $4.99 and nothing has changed in the app and they don’t seem to be too interested in fixing it.    This is yet another app that makes you pay for a premium subscription in order to get in advance. If I’m trying to get a cash advance, do you think I have any money for a subscription right now? There are better apps to use, but I’m kind of in a tight spot right now. I took out an advance last night with a different app, it already tried to do the repayment, but I don’t get paid until tomorrow so now I’m screwed.    Thank you for your review. We have a 4.8 rating on iOS - Our program approves between $10 to $100 with an average of $40 as of April 10, 2025. This is mentioned in all of our ads. We have MANY customers getting the full $100 and always refund those who are NOT approved for an advance.

   Like I mentioned don’t waste your time with this app because it is a complete waste. Right off the bad you’re required to pay $5 for a service that “isn’t guaranteed” but what they mean to say is “we’re just take your $5 and you can go about your day.” Use the apps I mentioned above because at least they’re guaranteed and don’t charge you just to use their services. Not to mention advances that are actually useful because here all you’re gonna get is $10 when your monthly subscription cost $5??? Honestly think this is a scam that is siphoning “subscription” payments for services that are meager at best. You’re better off asking your family for $10 at this point.

    Paid for the subscription to find I wasn’t eligible for cash advance which was fine. I saw they had an earn tab which I was able to make over 150 bucks with, I withdrew 20 and then when I made another 130. My account was suspended. It just said to contact support. The support is very slow and they will reply ever few days depending on if they want to or not, there is not time limit for their response which is crazy. I was told to wait and after waiting 2 weeks getting responses every few days. They said my account was blocked and fraudulent. They never explained for what and I had previously v
