★☆☆☆☆ Caitlin Kennedy · 5 Oct 2026 · v2026.39terrible. the food always comes late and cold. even if you pay for priority delivery. they only give you $5 back for cold soggy food. this happens basically every time I offer off grubhub. this rarely happens with doordash, but I get a free grubhub membership with prime so im stuck using it. the GPS doesn't work at any time ever and so you can't track your order. literally the worse food delivery app I have ever used. no wonder its free

They did not pay me after i finished driving . I was at the gas Station after finishing . headed to work . could not cash out . Late for work and ran out of gas on the way . Twice this happened . I still have not been paid . Not Trust Worthy for a driver that expects to get paid . All Bad .

It was 10:30 at night, and my child was hungry and tired. GrubHub REFUSED to change my order to pick up, then they refused to cancel my order. 'Supervisor' disconnect the chats and are extremely rude. I picked up my order because they werent deliver and refused to cancel. The said they will not refund the fees. This service should not be used

Second time I even tried the priority delivery for an extra $3 hoping it wouldn't take as long. Didn't help at all. add on that you can't even track the orders progress, AND you can't cancel if the store has already started making your order, and the service just sucks. Plain and simple.
