Could you let me know the following things so I can try to replicate the issue? - Phone Brand (e.g. Samsung) - Phone Model (e.g. Galaxy S26) - Android Version (e.g. Android 13) - Firefox Version (e.g. 156.0.1) - Extension Version (e.g. v2.2) - The exact URL that you get redirected to (should be "https://www.instagram.com/?variant=following") This would help alot!

In case this is not working correctly, where are you being redirected to and what do you see there?

But I really wish it had more options - I've set up my Home feed to block suggested posts, so I'd like to be able to disable the redirect for it since I want to view stories! Instead, this extension forces me into the following version of the feed, which is extremely annoying. In order to view my stories, I have to turn off the extension (through Firefox, since there's no option to toggle the extension itself!) every time.Developer reply · 23 Sep 2026I have added an option to enable/disable the addon through a popup menu. Hope this helps. Also you should be able to see stories from the "Following" section. At least this works for me. If this does not work correctly, please let me know, so I can try to fix it.

★★★☆☆ Sangligli · 9 May 2026 · v2.0This is the best way to hide the Reels, but it’s not exactly seamless either. For example, when I post messages on the home screen, the Reels icon appears and then disappears right away. As a result, the page takes a little longer to load between each page change. I don't have this issue with IGplus, but this one asks for a tip all the time, so I end up using Unscroll Instagram. In other words, it works but its "clunky"

Most people post there more than the feed so I don't think it's that much of an offensive option.Developer reply · 23 Sep 2026I have added the option to hide/show stories through the popup menu.
