   I started playing with this casino and made a few small deposits and i finally won $181 dollar and I went to cash out and it won’t let me. I went through the verification process and it couldnt verify me at first because I wasn’t in good enough lighting but I turned on all my lights and went through the verification process and it was fine and passed. Then I tried to cash out and it only gave me a bank account as an option and it is saying I’m having issues because verification failed…. But the verification didn’t fail, it passed. So I cancelled the redemption then it gave me the option of a b

   ank acct or a PayPal acct. so I tried through PayPal and it said it will take 1-3 days and they will TRY TO resolve the issue…. What issue? I verified my PayPal as well…. Plus the fee went from less than 2 dollar to over 9 dollars. So I cancelled it and tried to redeem through my bank account again… under review again…. They will TRY TO RESOLVE IT IN 1-3 days. I have been trying to contact them at first they said it would take 24 hours to verify then would be in my acct…… it was almost 24 hours so I messaged them and then they transferred me to someone else because they said I was having issues with my verification? I have been waiting for almost 2 hours now and no response at all. I have logged out and logged back in and tried to message them and no response. It’s a shame this app is another lying thieving scam…. Disgusting.

   I play a lot and for awhile I thought finally an app that is fun, pays and is fair, it was pretty fair and I know it’s not rigged but when I play and pay I know that losing is a reality and play responsibly, but I had $10 on black 29 on energy roulette and covered the board total per play $150+ and the ball lands on black 29 bonus wheel time my screen gets blurry with a white camera and comes back all in about 15 sec when it returned it wasn’t at my bonus multiplyer wheel it was starting a new regular play so I screen shot and I was playing so I thought I’ll see what’s up with that later, next

   day I’m like I need to report what happened to support they were cool till a month later they say they couldn’t find any bonuses that didn’t get paid to me I said yeah because it glitched and didn’t come back to my bonus so they said nothings wrong but a week prior same thing happened and they tried to Wiesel out of it but I had screen recorded my plays so they paid me so please if you play and your in it for the money and fun screen record all your plays so they can not cheat you as they did me but I got something in the works to even it up I just wonder how many people and how much money they make by not being honest when you win you should get paid they take your money soon as you push play but when you win a big one they ghost you

   If I could give this casino zero stars, I would. I trusted them and spent a ton of money at this casino. On June 26, 2026 I noticed charges on my debit card that I did not make. There were five and they totaled $220. I finally figured out that they were made to Cider Casino (because the name they use for transactions is not Cider Casino, I had to do research to figure out who it was that the charges came from). I contacted Cider immediately and told them that I did not make those charges, nor did I pay the credits. They said the charges were made through Apple Pay, however, the card had never,

   ever been set up on Apple Pay, or used through Apple Pay, so that was impossible. It is now August 22, 2026 and they have stated I will not be getting a refund because the credits were played. I absolutely did not make those charges, I absolutely did not play those credits and I will never, ever, ever use that casino or recommend them again. I know for a fact that I did not make any purchases at Cider Casino on June 26, 2026 yet they are stating that because the credits were used I will not be able to get my money back. There is also no way I made those charges through Apple Pay, and that is sketchy, too, because they keep insisting that the charges were made through Apple Pay. It is completely impossible that those charges were made by me through Apple Pay when that card has NEVER been set up on Apple Pay! Be warned, this casino is shady as hell and you may end up with charges on your debit or credit card that you did not make, and you will not get a refund from Cider.

   This app is full of it. So I had cashed out 315$, I co tasted support ask how long and they said after review, but usually within 24 hours. After two days I messaged asking why it went on under review back to processing, they told me that was normal and should have my payment within 3 days. After 5 days I messaged them again asking what was the hold up, and if they was going to actually give the payment or if something was wrong with my account or what was happening.    I went to redeem my “winnings” and the app gives you two options- after uploading photos of your license, you can have the winnings redeemed through PayPal or enter your bank account information. Yes, they actually have the option to enter your BANK ACCOUNT INFO. When I went to verify my PayPal email address, the verification email wouldn’t send.    I like the game until I was unable to redeem after I’ve deposited multiple times upon trying to redeem it asks for ID I uploaded my photos which unless accepted it will not allow you to even request redemption so after multiple times to get the pictures perfect without any glares and clear to read it accepts and allows me to request a redemption of my funds well after a few days and still not received I contact support it says 24 hours then still not received I contact again and they said I haven’t validated my ID and to do so I gotta put the redemption request etc the entire process i had alr

I am pursuing legal action against them currently.
