Today Teleparty embedded a banner ad for FOX ONE on the website baofox.how (which is a simple static webpage). I confirmed in the source that the ad was added by this extension specifically. This isn't even a media website, and has nothing to do with Teleparty. It shouldn't have been active or doing anything on this site. This is truly a despicable way to treat paying subscribers and I've unsubscribed and uninstalled. For a product that was once an enormously useful way of connecting with friends, I can't believe they've debased Teleparty to acting like malicious adware.

Recently used this to watch Women Talking on Amazon Prime with my wife. It kept us in sync, and allowed us to enjoy a date night while 2200 miles apart. Thank you Teleparty.

You are better off trying to have all your friends pause at the same time than trying to make this extension work.

I have Teleparty Pro and it works wonderfully!! I stream often with my partner when we are away from one another. We often FaceTime at night until morning and while watching. BUT I love how they added the feature to Video Chat while watching!! Thank you, lots, for working on this extension and making it happen. We've made many memories thanks to this.

Barely works at all. Most of the time the viewers are out of sync, won't launch, won't allow other to pause/play, crashes constantly, and generally is more of an aggravation than a help. Why would anyone pay for this service?
  6. ★☆☆☆☆ Daniel · 16 Mar 2025
NEVER WORKS. This extension is so annoying, it rarely ever works and if you do get it to work you have to keep opening tabs. SO ANNOYING
  7. ★☆☆☆☆ Nathan · 4 Mar 2025
they said they would return my money and then they ghosted me and also the extension is hard to use and very buggy all the time. also very expensive for what it is
  8. ★☆☆☆☆ J · 25 Feb 2025
takes at least 20 minutes to get it set up with all of the clicking and opening of tabs. Wish there was a better option. most of the time- even though we pay for premium- we can't get the video/audio to work and can only chat.

How these figures are measured

Change in installs, as observed between the two crawls named in "measured over", not scaled to the window: this store refreshes its install counts only occasionally, so one refresh lands in every window at once and these figures usually read 0 in between - the weekly change in ratings under Rating above is the better signal here. A window needs a full period of history before it reports anything.
