    There isn't anything written in the code of this addon to prevent it from being installed on incompatible operating systems like Windows 10, and older. After trying the free version, and paying for the Pro version, there is no difference. This is being promoted as being better than the best video editing software online. By the time you find out the output format of the video is ogg with no edit option to change that format to anything that can be shared on any platform you've wasted time and money for an unusable addon that you now have file a dispute with your credit card institution and wai
    moret for a refund. FACT!

    1. Our test engineer just tested the functionality of our extension on Windows 10 and it works well, so our extension is compatible with Win 10. 2. If you save videos to our Cloud, you can edit them. Related instructions: https://support.awesomescreenshot.com/hc/en-us/articles/900006474923-How-to-edit-video-with-cut-shape-text-or-link If you save videos to Local (your computer), you are unable to edit them on our website. 3. You can save videos in MP4 or WebM. 5. You can share videos by shareable links or upload them to other platforms. We will develop GIF thumbnail sharing at a later time.

    If you save screenshots to Cloud, you can delete some screenshots from our cloud to keep the number of saved screenshots within the limit and continue capturing and saving for free. If you save screenshots to Local (your computer), all basic screenshot capturing features are completely free. Only a few advanced annotation/editing features require payment.

    Currently a user with the Free or Basic plan has the option to download some recordings from the first 20 recordings to a local computer. Once the user has downloaded these recordings, the user can delete them from our Cloud storage to keep the number of saved recordings within the 20-recording limit and continue recording for free. The duration for each recording that users with the Free or Basic plan can download and edit is up to 1 hour.

    This tool is very helpful, but on some web pages, it glitches the sounds making them go lower pitched and high pitched. Please fix this.
