★★★☆☆ Poor support experience Not Jeff · 9 Oct 2026Hey everyone. I logged two different help desk tickets: one to ask a question about removing ads and one to raise a concern about ads that took over my device (the opened other apps on my device without my permission). Interestingly enough, the reply received to both emails was identical (word for word identical) - appeared to be copy and paste. I replied to both help desk replies, asking additional questions - both of my replies went unanswered. I deleted the app as a result (also, the other apps on my device were still being opened by the ads). I did enjoy the game (level 198). It’s a shame

Unfortunately, I heard why ads are necessary but nothing about my original concerns.Developer reply · 11 Oct 2026Hey there! ★★★☆☆ Chill graphics promise a thing of the past? AlexSebastianMorgan · 21 Jul 2026I’ve loved killing stress and restlessness with this game, but the bouncy motion and winking of the new lucky coins are just way too much rapid movement coming from too many spots at once. It felt like an arcade game compared to, say, the regular or even the new ghost levels. I had to stop playing that level after two whole moves because it was distracting, made it hard to focus, and was already giving me a migraine. If there’s a way to see if people have the Reduce Motion setting enabled on their phones, could the devs have the game check for it before adding a bunch of intense motion? Give

★★★★★ Get ready to be thrown into a strategic game! Queen_Alejandria · 11 Jul 2026Literally! The first level only shows you what to do but doesn’t teach you the object and goal of the level. Despite that I quickly caught on to the concept of the game. For those who are still confused, all you need to do is to collect 10 or more of the same color tiles by placing them next to each other. It’s very strategic and in a way like chess, every move you make matters and you have to think 2 steps ahead in order to get that 10+ stack of the same color. It gets tricky because you get those options of stacks that have 2 or 3 colors together but I also learned to use that in my strateg

y as well. For example, if one of my options is 3 yellow stacked on 4 purple I can place it directly next to yellow and purple stacks. It gets even more interesting than that but I think that’s all I will write! You’ll figure it out as you play along! :) I really do enjoy playing this game, it’s very relaxing and it gets highly addictive that I have to stop myself from playing! It’s that enjoyable to me. Thank you for the fix! Now I can get back to my newest addiction 😝Developer reply · 13 Jul 2026Hello Queen_Alejandria! Your enthusiasm for the game's strategy is contagious! It’s wonderful to hear how you've embraced the challenge and turned it into an engaging experience. We truly appreciate your detailed insights, and it's great knowing that you find it both relaxing and addictive. ★☆☆☆☆ Makes you think, but stingy rewards and cannot anticipate tile moves MidlandsGal · 5 Jul 2026Overall, I like the game – it’s very challenging to figure out a strategy to clear the boards with ever increasing complications. HOWEVER! Tiles do not move in ways that I expect, and there seems to be no pattern to which direction they move. Sometimes it’s smallest to largest pile, other times it’s largest to smallest; sometimes it’s earliest to latest, other times it’s latest to earliest. Stacks with multiple colors end up, not unfolding, even if you place them in an area where they should unfold them strategically. Couple that with seven tile colors which get stacked as the puzzle fills, an

d sometimes there’s not enough space. While that’s frustrating, what makes me doubt I’ll keep this game is that there are not enough opportunities to earn coins or boosters. I’ve made it to level 103, made a purchase to help me out, but when that runs out (because of what I mentioned above), the game gets deleted. I’m not sticking with a game that doesn’t perpetuate itself.Developer reply · 6 Jul 2026Hello, MidlandsGal! It's wonderful to hear that you're enjoying the challenge of strategizing through the game! We appreciate your insights on the tile movements and the patterns you've noticed; it’s important feedback for us. We’re aware of the variability in tile behavior and are actively looking into it to improve your experience. Your thoughts on earning coins and boosters are valuable, and we recognize how crucial they are for a satisfying experience. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we hope you continue to find enjoyment in the challenges ahead! -
★★★★☆ Mechanics ScoboBaggins · 24 Jun 2026Game is really fun. Yes there’s a lot of ads but play with airplane mode and you’ll be fine. Also, the game is not pay to win. Every review saying that is lying and/or bad at the game. I haven’t paid a single penny and I am past level 130. You also collect coins naturally which lets you use the power ups without paying. Now for my real complaint, I have no clue if I am dumb or not understanding the game correctly but I can’t figure out how the tiles decide the direction to stack. I have lost many games or screwed myself because the tiles don’t stack in a way that I hoped for or in a way that i

s beneficial to my game. I’ve tired studying the way it moves and it seems to be just random/game decided and not user decided. If the developers can educate me on how that mechanic works this game would be a five star. Well still probably 4 cause of ads.Developer reply · 25 Jun 2026Hello ScoboBaggins! We're so glad to hear you find the game enjoyable and appreciate your feedback! It's fantastic that you've progressed so well without spending, showcasing the game's balance. Regarding the ads, we understand they can be a bit much, but they help us continue developing the game. We will definitely consider the possibility of reducing their frequency. Your insights about the tile mechanics are valuable, and we encourage players to explore different strategies. We hope you continue to have fun playing! -
★★★☆☆ Fun till it isn’t macbook pro fan · 13 Jun 2026Challenging puzzles made annoying by the random colors given throughout the level; if you have 5 different colors you’re trying to clear and the next colors given are nothing like what you’re working with seemingly only introduced to block your progress and build. Unlocking free spaces is only by watching a full ad for 3min and then waiting for the skip/ close button for an additional 1.5min.. after level 120, expect to be forced to watch ads on every restart of the puzzle; the only way to skip the ad (even if you’re back on the main menu) is to close the game and reopen it. At the higher leve
more
ls it will not give you an option and load “bonuses” and give you 1 coin before starting again and force you to watch an ad.. you can get rid of the ads only if you pay $5.00 … basically the higher levels impose more ads on you and the levels cannot be beaten unless unlocking the ad watch for the free tiles. The game would be better if the next colors tiles were shown as what’s next so you can plan properly (like Tetris). The stacking doesn’t always follow logic, you place this one here hoping it will fill that particular stack and clear tiles, only for the stack to go in the opposite direction… uhggg. Bonuses like hammers to clear stacks, move stacks, and re-randomize colors presented, all cost coins. Or you can buy coins with real world money. The most annoying part of the game is the ads that seem to hide the skip option or put the “X”out button on the smallest tap area on the extreme limits of just barely visible to see…. Remember when you calibrated your HDR settings to make the shape just barely visible against black or white… the skip/ close buttons are on that extreme level…. I only played the game to get points for a gas rewards card in another app but I’m thinking of not playing much longer, I’m not going to pay to remove ads there are better game options available.Developer reply · 15 Jun 2026Hello macbook pro fan! We truly appreciate your detailed feedback and insights! It's clear that the random color distribution and ad interruptions have impacted your experience, especially at higher levels. We are already looking into these issues and will work on improvements as soon as possible. Your suggestions about showing upcoming colors are valuable, and your comments about ad placement and game mechanics will be flagged for review. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we hope you find enjoyment in your gaming journey, whether with us or elsewhere! -
★★★☆☆ Great Gameplay, Frustrating Progression. Music request · 28 May 2026Color Slide is honestly a really fun and satisfying game to play. The design is clean, the gameplay is smooth, and it’s easy to get into. I enjoy the challenge and the concept of the game overall. However, the leveling system takes way too long, especially for the beginning levels. By level 2, the goals already become extremely high and time-consuming, and level 4 feels like a huge grind just to progress. For new players, it can become frustrating because it feels like you have to spend too much time on early levels before actually advancing. I think the goals should be lowered or progression

Thank you, and I hope this can be improved in a future update.Developer reply · 30 May 2026Hello Music request, It's wonderful to hear that you're enjoying the gameplay and find it satisfying! We truly appreciate your insights regarding the leveling system. Your feedback about the early levels feeling challenging is valuable, and we recognize how that can impact the experience for new players. ★★☆☆☆ Great in theory, but really frustrating Blueskies93 · 8 May 2026This game could be 5 stars - the actual gameplay is fun - if it didn’t feel like it was designed to make you fail over and over just to push you into spending money. Maybe I’m just really bad at the game, but some levels genuinely seem impossible, especially if you don’t have any tools/power-ups (which are already really hard to get in the first place). For example, if I get three grey tiles and have nowhere to place them, I’ll use the fan/swap power-up, and half the time it just gives me three more grey tiles. So what was the point of using it? At that point, I either fail the level or have t

o spend money on more power-ups. I did that the first few times - $2 here, then $5, then another $2, and so on - but I’m done spending money on this game. It honestly feels designed to frustrate players into repeatedly failing the same level until they finally pay to get past it, which is a shame.Developer reply · 10 May 2026Hello Blueskies93, It's wonderful to hear that you enjoy the gameplay! Your insights into the challenges you're facing with level difficulty and the power-up mechanics are truly appreciated. Understanding how the game feels from your perspective is important to us, and your feedback points out areas that can significantly impact your experience. We recognize that finding the right balance between challenge and accessibility can be difficult, especially when dealing with repeated obstacles like the grey tiles. The randomness of power-ups can sometimes lead to unexpected results, which can understandably be frustrating. Your experience matters to us, and we want to ensure that every player feels empowered to enjoy the game without feeling pressured to spend. Thank you for sharing your thoughts; they help us understand how we can enhance the overall experience. We hope you continue to find enjoyment in the gameplay and discover new strategies that work for you! -
★★☆☆☆ Love the game - customer service? not so much plussizeprincess · 5 Aug 2025I love it honestly. there are a lot of different options for this type of hexa game, but this has been my favorite one. I am on level 185. — Well, the other night I had purchased 150 coins as a base to start a coins savings. After 2 levels the coins disappeared. I thought I was losing my mind and thought maybe it didn’t work? So i purchased again. I made sure to not touch the coins at all and after 2 levels the coins disappeared again. I sent an email and customer service told me that I spent them on moves and there was nothing they could do. I assured them that there was some sort of glitch,

I did not use the coins either time. I also had coins in my account already. So you’re telling me I used 500+ coins on 4 levels? I assured them that I really did not use them and I wouldn’t lie over a couple dollars. I never got a reply. It’s really disappointing because I want to continue the game but I am too scared to buy more coins not knowing if they would disappear but also knowing if they do customer service would be no help. — i will just take it as a loss, it’s only a couple dollars. but it’s super disappointing I couldn’t get help.Developer reply · 6 Aug 2025Hello! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It’s wonderful to hear you love the game, but we truly appreciate your feedback regarding coin purchases and support. ★★☆☆☆ Ads are NOT children friendly rasin shine · 15 Jun 2025I love the game itself but the ad content is REALLY bad making it unsuitable for children. I have several times now see ad for sexually perverted stories for reading. If you are a parent trying to figure out if this is a child friendly game just know this is something your child will be exposed to if playing this game. I wouldn’t mind the ads so much if they keep the content children friendly as this almost completely ruins the game experience for me. Update to say the developers reached out to me and said they will take a look into this as they want their content to be child friendly. I defi

Personally I deleted the app as I didn’t want my children or myself exposed to inappropriate ads. I miss the game but it just wasn’t worth exposing myself or my children to inappropriate ads.Developer reply · 16 Jun 2025Hello, rasin shine! Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the ad content. We truly appreciate your feedback, especially regarding your concern for child-friendly material. It's clear how important this is, and we are already looking into the problem. We hope for the chance to welcome you back in the future.
