★★★★★ So Helpful! Sweet tooth too · 20 Sep 2026First, I LOVE Weight Watchers! I’ve been a member for over 20 years. After trying pretty much every weight loss program, throughout my life, I’ve found Weight Watchers to be the only one that got me to a healthy weight (50 lbs lighter) and has given me lifelong tools to maintain it (even during the pandemic)! The app is a key component to my ability to maintain my healthy eating choices. I use it to monitor my food choices and find healthy alternatives — even at restaurants. The app even allows you to take a recipe and see how various substitutions will change its point value. And I’m also fin

ding great support through the week with the chat function, which links members of my meeting group. I’ve tracked all my food choices—both healthy and cringeworthy—for over 500 days now without missing a day—something I never did when we had to write things into a booklet. After all, our phones are always by our sides :) Every month I discover a new helpful feature in the app. And at 70, I’m not technically savvy. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Weight Watchers system and this supportive app. UPDATE: It’s now been 644 days tracking without a miss!😊 And still love everything about the program. Update at 73: 1461 days without a day missed tracking—that’s 4 years and 1 day of tracking! I also save the record to share with doctors to monitor all sorts of health-related issues. -
★★★★★ The new WW app works great . User friendly. WW is a healthy lifestyle grammie2gr8 · 17 Sep 2026The new WW app is so easy to use . Tracking food and activity is so easy ! It’s very simple to add food and beverages for daily points . Recipes are available and easy to track . The updated version is user friendly and helps me stay within my point budget including tracking my activity level . The WW app includes popular restaurants and their menus giving point value to most food / drinks. There are numerous name brand grocery items that can be scanned or calculated using the app ( right at your finger tips) . It’s an easy program to follow and the app is so much easier than any previous WW

program ( going back to the 1980’s when you had to write everything down as you ate the food and put it in a food group ) Dairy, protein, bread , vegetables and fruits , oils . No more weekly liver required now days . The featured recipe options is very helpful . The updated version is beneficial using zero and low point value foods . I enjoy the suggestions of spices and zero or low point healthy flavor additives that offers a tasty and healthy option without using a large number of smart points. The ability to scan foods at the grocery store has been a big help when selecting foods . It is an educational tool in getting familiar with food labels and point values of so many types of food . It makes food planning easy and there is so much variety . Absolutely , so much easier . I love the WW app for so many reasons. I am enjoying the WW program with the ease of the app . -
★★★★★ The perfect tool for mindful eating The opposite of relaxed · 15 Nov 2025One of the biggest challenges, especially in a social environment where everything revolves around food, is paying attention in a way that keeps us healthy. I had been sick for a year and put on the weight I promised myself I never would again. The last thing I wanted was do do some diet again that took hours of my time planning weekly and sometimes daily to feel deprived and frustrated. A friend and long time WW user had talked about many times and how she swore by it. I had forever steered away from it simply because of the name and how it connected to my insecurities. I felt a bit desperate

and she is someone I trust. I gave it a shot. I have lost all the weight I intended and then some. I don’t know I believed Id ever get to my actual goal again and yet, here I am 3 pounds away. I feel better, I never feel deprived- I just make choices. I never considered it would become a lifestyle and not a diet. But it has and I don’t think Ill ever not use it. My life is too busy, it simply makes me stop and think, “do you want that ice cream Saturday? Then maybe no pizza, okay.” Thats it. Its not a fast pass, but its a healthy and very livable one to meet goals and still live without constantly being reminded, “I can’t”. Instead it’s, “I can, just not this week”. Also, because steps and exercise are inclusive if I track, its been the perfect motivation to ensure I make those 10k steps and anything else - adding to my health and self care. Get a fit bit! You won’t regret it. -
★★★★★ Biggest little helper ever Raheem Akil · 13 May 2025I don’t think I could make it without this app. The old way we had to write everything down this way the app keeps track of it for you. Love the barcode I know how many points something else before we even purchase it. I also love being able to put chain restaurants in and seeing how many points everything is before we go out to eat. Thanks again I really appreciate it and as we all now getting it off as a battle And keeping it off is the war! I am a lifetime member and sure appreciate this app. An update on my previous review. the main screen helps a lot it’s like you get one wholemeal picked before you have to go back that makes a big difference. Weight Watchers never stops amazing me at the effort they put forth to help you lose weight thank you so much. I keep adding onto this and one thing I really really like now is looking up different restaurants and finding out what I can eat before I go out for dinner that is a big help. The app just gets better and better you can now go back-and-forth and pick your meal without getting all the way out of your lunch menu I don’t believe I could’ve made it without this app that tells me everything and I can still use the barcode finder in the stores for things that I’m not sure if I really truly enjoy it and I believe it is a big help for anyone watching their weight -
★★★★★ I love WW DonnyH · 9 Aug 2023I feeel like I’ve tried just about every weight loss program there is - and they are temporary fixes because I can’t live on a permanent lifetime basis with them. WW is not fad dieting. It’s a holistic approach that comes from all angles, helping me develop a program that not only has me losing weight, but also developing good health all around - bringing in exercise, emotional health, sleep, and the many other things which contribute to a healthy eating and living lifestyle. I’m even rewarded for healthy things that I do aside from just eating well. I believe it’s the only responsable eating

program out there. Fad diets DON’T WORK as a permanent lifestyle for me. On WW I can eat what I want. Whatever I want. I’m not required to eliminate anything. It’s a program that literally lets me eat as much as I want of a LOT of foods, and then everything else I just have to watch my portions on. I NEVER have felt like I’m dieting with WW. I feel like I’m on an eating program I can easily maintain for the rest of my life. WW Rocks!! Now, the only problem I’ve had with the WW app is that it can’t be used offline. I’m a flight attendant and I need to be able to track points and look up foods offline. I also cruise multiple times a year and especially need to have the app work offline without paying exorbitant travel wifi costs. PLEASE FIX THIS. I don’t care how much space it would require to download, and I’m willing to pay a one-time fee to have the ability to search food and track offline. -
★★★★★ Thank you WW! Fittanya · 21 May 2023I am back to WW and in week 1 have lost 6 pounds. Tracking is easy and combined with my intense cardio activity that is also tracked makes this the optimal “weigh” to sustain a healthy lifestyle. ❤️WW🙏🏻😊 I am now close to a 14 pound loss and am feeling more like myself. Getting back to the healthiest version of me with gratitude. Going for goal and then maintenance! 🌸💪🏻🌸 Now down 22 pounds (in 130’s range finally) since January 4/23. I love the app and ease of use. Only change has been addressing less fixation on the scale as plateau or stall happened. Thanks 🙏🏻 🌟WW🌟💖😊🦋 UPDATE -

May 2023 - would like the macros option on the plan or option to add that for increase in fee. I do love the WW App and grateful for my weight loss success to date - thank you 🙏🏻 very much 😊 UPDATE -May 21/23 - macros option would still be wonderful option. I 💯% support the WW new business model with Ozempic type meds thru Sequence. While I do NOT need this personally, I support freedom to choose and access to all. It was difficult to see all the ➖negativity on Connect surrounding this change and I now visit the Connect support network less frequently. Being on Connect less has made me realize that this support is not necessary for me personally in my weight loss journey. I do like the recipes and tips though from the WW contributors. On a minor note still waiting for my 25# loss charm over a month later. Thank you 😊 -
★★★★★ Very user friendly app Krispie 8 · 30 Sep 2022I find this is a easy app to use to track meals / points. I love the integration with my Apple health app and my Wyze scale app ( which links with Apple health). It also tracks my steps and uploads to WW app. The best part is using the barcode to get points for the food product. But on top of that, you have a lot of options to see exactly what your points are if you using more or mostly less than the item. You can change measurements. For example, granola has a lot more points than normal cereal. I can look at the points per quantity and see if I only eat 2 T instead of a 1/4 cup it’s less poi

nts. I love walnuts with my breakfast. I can see that 2 walnut halves are a lot less than 1/4 cup. It teaches you to prioritize you points per portion. Whether it’s worth it to use the max points or will a smaller portion so you have more flexibility later that day. I’ve also made a few mistakes tracking my meals on the wrong day or put under wrong meal, you can edit and remove or change the day. The recipes are inspirational. As a lifetime weight watcher for 45 years this is so much easier to use. I found my weight loss was stalled, so I reevaluated my Zero points list and realized there were Zero choices that I really didn’t need (i.e. milk items with more fat, I only use fat free) that gave me more points daily so I had more flexibility. Kudos to the team that created this app! -
★★★★★ Weight Watchers App is incredible!!! Captphrede · 7 May 2021Over the last 20 years I’ve lost weight using Weight Watchers principles a few different times. When I was going to Weight Watchers there was no such thing as an “App” for anything. We went to the meetings, weighed in once a week, and together lost weight and learned to change what we eat. It worked! Unfortunately the three times I reached my goal I eventually lost track and gained the weight back. This has happened once again until recently I decided enough was enough and the first thing that came to mind was how successful I was at Weight Watchers. As I began to look into signing up again it

became apparent there was this Weight Watchers App that I could join instead of going to in person meetings, and what with the pandemic still an issue, I decided to give the app a try, so I signed up for it, and downloaded it. I have been using the app for about a week and a half, and find the App to be amazing! There are so many things wrapped up Into the Weight Watchers App I am already becoming very successful with over 5 pounds of weight lost on my goal to lose 60 pounds. The app is extremely user friendly in every way! There is even a scanner that scans to food label and you can find out how many points each food item is. There is a tremendous amount of social media related groups as well where I find fantastic support, recipes, and encouragement! For the price of using the app it is a steal! Truly remarkable! -
★★★★★ My thoughts on making program better... Adwelling · 26 Jun 2020I think the Weight Watchers diet is GREAT, but the app is not as user friendly as I thought it would be. And, the points are way too low for someone starting on a diet. I have gone over my points every day by 10 and I lost over 6#’s in 3 days, which is phenomenal. But, it was discouraging the first day I went so many points over. The advertising says the diet will be set up per individual and I feel WW needs to look at raising the points for the first few days at least. I have done the WW diet in the past and I know the goal is to eat healthy and that is what makes it such a GREAT diet, but so

meone who has never done the diet will feel like they are a failure from day one because they will be starving...Just sayin’! I still feel the WE points should at least be adjusted for exercise. I lost over 15#’s in 2.5 months and I have kept it off for 3 months. I am ready to lose another 15#’s and I am trying to get back on the diet and I am working out, but I get hungry and I am not able to stick to the points even with the extra for the week. Hopefully next week after cutting back for a couple of weeks will I be able to stay within my point range. GREAT HEALTHY DIET AND GOOD APP. I wish like some of the other apps out there, WW app would tell you from your food intake recorded what you are possibly deficient in, I.e. fiber, iron, vitamin C, D, etc. of course everyone should go once a year for blood work to get the real report card. Thank you WW for helping me lose weight and be healthy! I feel much better. -
★★★★☆ Rude Customer Service AshConley · 7 Jul 2019My mom gifted me a year long subscription to help get into shape for when my husband gets home from the Navy. When I opened the app, it insisted on me only paying through iTunes and would not allow me to just put in card information like other apps. Because of this I had to add my moms card info into my iTunes account and set it up at primary. This is irritating because what ends up happening is either I’m paying for the subscription myself (with my card being primary), or she ends up paying for any apps/music subscription/anything already connected to my iTunes Pay (with her card), which is c

ompletely ridiculous in my opinion. I called customer service to see if there was a way I could just set a payment method for the app itself and not through any other accounts. The lady I talked to was very rude. Was cutting me off while I was talking, repeatedly told me that it was “not her problem,” and transferred me to iTunes who still were unable to help me because they can’t have cards in iTunes pay that are primary for only some things but not others. I still don’t have any resolution and I wish there was something I could do about this as it seems like it should have been an effortless thing to set up. Even if it is through iTunes pay, maybe have an option to “gift an account” so a different payment method could be used. Very disappointed and sad that I have to make this review without even having the opportunity to really try the program.Developer reply · 9 Jul 2019We truly apologize for your experiences and appreciate you reaching out to rate our app. We will pass your feedback and suggestions to the proper teams for review.
