Recently, there has been an update or a new level or something where to upgrade the hotel employees I need candy pieces as well as money and the only way to get those is from helping out special guest that come periodically. This has slowed down the game significantly for me, since the opportunities to get candies are so periodical and you don’t even get much compared to the amount you need. It makes money almost useless, since I have tons of it but no candy and I still can’t do anything. It also ma

kes no sense, like since when was candy worth more than money? Like if the employees want candy - they can buy it with money. The only way to speed it up is the buy the candy with real money or watch ads. Now that’s sucking out the fun of the game, and I even bought the ad free version. I don’t want to watch ads to play a game I paid to play without ads, I’m sorry. Also there are tasks where the special guests that do bring the candy ask for stuff like a toothbrush or a species plate of food, and I have to go pay for their stuff? Like your a guest, u freaking pay, and they do with like 30 pieces of candy, with is so unrealistic I’m honesty done and bored of the game. I noticed that after that, they stand in the room as if they aren’t there. Maids clean the room and they’re still standing there at the front of the bed. And the same character pairs they glitch bad, they start walking sideways. 2. I like that the guest leave tips in the bedroom. However the stacks of money gets thrown in places the character can’t obtain the cash stack. I think it’ll be better to stack the cash like all the other areas. Outside of the bedroom. I

When I was playing, I needed more money. So I went went to one of the little money circle things that you have to watch an ad to get. I watched an ad and… got nothing. aven’t unlocked it yet. Also um, the walking movements are uh, very… interesting. Another thing I noticed is that the game is very repetitive. It’s the same cycle over and over: Collect, upgrade, collect, upgrade… and so on. Maybe add a little variety such as maybe VIP customers that require different needs. And maybe some costumers could stay multiple days which gets me thinking day/night cycle? I’m closing right now but something that happens often is when I go to collect tips from the people the tips end up on the chair in the corner of the room and I can’t get it. :(. Had an ad play all the way through, screen went black, waited and waited and nothing happened. Come back to game and I leveled up but got zero rewards, no coin thingys, no money, absolutely nothing. I thought maybe it would just reward me as though I didn’t watch an ad but nope. Nothing. And this happens with the ads and it delays progress in the game. I love all the avatars and skins can unlock in this game. You can upgrade hotels and rooms if you want to. You upgrade things by completing daily tasks and just taking care of the hotel. When it asked me if I wanted to upgrade the whole hotel I was so excited because it can give you so many benefits but you have to be careful because it updates the whole hotel. It will delete your progress and the rooms you have already built. It will give you more money and overall is good if you want to start over, but I’m not a fan of having my work deleted for no reason. That’s all I have to complain about because everything else is wonderful and I would recommend this game for anyone and everyone. Seriously this is one of the best games that I’ve ever got. I keep feeling compelled to watch ads for more coins as well as vehicle transports. Which brings me to my second complaint. 3 minutes is beyond such a short amount of time to have a vehicle. I keep having to watch stupid ads just to get another 3 short minutes again… Could you please make it at least 5 mins each time? That would be incredibly helpful and a lot less annoying. s oh my goodness! I’m getting extremely frustrated at it. Even just a couple coins will make it lag a bit, not to mention the whole amount of coins next to the reception desk. Wow! It freezes for several seconds before I can start moving again. I’m so tired of this. Please make it so it doesn’t lag anymore or at least a lot less! That would be beyond helpful! The fact that each hotel has its own money that can’t transfer over to other hotels, even though I’ve spent hours of time, in order to make it make the amount of money that I wanted it to make is ridiculous on top of that. y ridiculous for a game that’s trying to over cost you for $20 battle passes for a hotel that maybe takes you two weeks to build like I rather buy the four Starbucks drinks. Also, I agree that there should be an update to the hotel manager. Also having to go from room to room to collect income is time consuming and would be easier to just have it automatically collect when the customer leaves the room as we’re already running around collecting from other areas like restaurant, reception, bar, vending, etc areas. Also when in one Hotel, the accumulation for other hotels collections stops at 3K when they should be constantly accumulating whether we’re in that hotel at the moment or not. It’s also f

rustrating that when you leave the app your income isn’t constantly accumulating in the hotel your working on so it takes way more time to gain the amounts of income needed to unlock or upgrade areas. Please try to factor in these issues as not everyone can leave an app open and running 24/7 which makes it difficult to achieve goals at a snails pace. Also when a person purchases the NO ADs package then it should be a true NO ADs even when doing upgrades, if we’re paying to stop that feature then it should stop otherwise I’d like money back for paying for that specific feature. Also Game tends to freeze up or crash at random when doing tasks. Please consider adding more Hotels.
