FREE DELIVERY
We’ll deliver your prescription for free via Royal Mail when you choose home delivery. We deliver to any address in the UK at no cost to you or the NHS. This includes items that need to be kept in the fridge.

When choosing home delivery, your prescription will be dispensed by Rowlands Pharmacy Online at our distance selling pharmacy Rowlands Pharmacy Online, Rivington Road, Runcorn, Cheshire, WA7 3DJ.


MANAGE MEDICATIONS FOR YOUR FAMILY
You can order and manage medication for your loved ones using the Rowlands Pharmacy app. You can set this up using unique online access codes available from your GP. You can choose to have their medication delivered to you, we can send it straight to them, or you can collect from a Rowlands Pharmacy location. The choice is yours.


NO EXTRA COST
Our service is free to use and no extra cost to the NHS. If you pay for your prescriptions you'll pay the standard NHS charge when you order for delivery. If you collect from a Rowlands Pharmacy location, you'll be charged when you collect.

If you don't pay for prescriptions, you can add your exemption details or prepayment certificate when you order.

CAN I USE THE ROWLANDS APP?
To order repeat prescriptions using our app, you must be:
• registered with a GP in England
• have medication that’s on a repeat prescription
• have a delivery address in the UK, or be able to collect your medication from a Rowlands Pharmacy location in England


HOW DO I GET STARTED?
1. Download the Rowlands Pharmacy app and set up your account using NHS login.
2. Order your repeat prescriptions and choose collection or home delivery.
3. Your GP will check your order and we'll let you know when it's approved.
4. If you choose home delivery, you’ll get updates on where your order’s up to.
5. If you choose collection, just stop into the pharmacy when you’re ready collect. Please allow 2-3 days for this option.
