Accops Workspace

Accops Workspace offers a comprehensive solution for users to seamlessly access their virtual workspace, which includes a wide array of resources such as hosted Microsoft Windows applications, virtual desktops, web applications, and crucial data. This platform is designed with user-friendliness in mind, providing an intuitive interface that grants effortless access to essential business applications like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, Tally, as well as virtual desktop environments running both Microsoft Windows and Linux.

To harness the power of Accops Workspace, organizations need to deploy either Propalms TSE or Accops HyWorks to host their applications and virtual desktops. For secure connectivity over public networks, Accops HySecure plays a pivotal role. Furthermore, Accops Workspace prioritizes security with support for multi-factor authentication based on Accops HyID.

Key Features at a Glance:

Effortless Access: Seamlessly connect to hosted Microsoft Windows applications via Propalms TSE.
Virtual Desktop Access: Access virtual desktops hosted through Accops HyWorks, including RDS-based desktops and full Windows 7+ OS-based desktops.
Web Application Integration: Gain entry to web applications conveniently via Accops HySecure (formerly OneGate).
Enhanced Security: Implement multi-factor authentication using SMS, email, or mobile-based tokens to fortify your defenses.
Cutting-Edge Technology: Stay ahead with support for the latest RDP protocol.
Enhanced User Experience: Enjoy extended keyboard functionality, mouse emulation, screen zooming capabilities, and drag-and-drop functionality for seamless operations.

Moreover, to fortify privacy and security during remote access, organizations deploy a Virtual Private Network (VPN) gateway service. This gateway acts as a secure tunnel, encrypting data traffic and providing an extra layer of protection for sensitive information while it travels across networks. This approach ensures that the integrity of the virtual workspace, including hosted applications, virtual desktops, web resources, and data, remains intact and safeguarded from potential threats.
