   I'm using the basic but lm disappointed. It does not show the phone number of the person calling me.When I look for their number I get a list of ALLtheir phone numbers associated with them. I don't know which number they called me on which I sometimes need in case we disconnect. More than once9I could not hang up because it did not display a way to do it. When a text comes in during a call I can't tell if it's a call or text. It would be good to be able separate it to a separate messaging app.

   Used to be my absolute favorite app. It's functionality was perfect for me and was extremely useful and efficient. I would recommend it to anyone who got a new phone, especially Android. However, the changes in the updated version lost many key features that were important to me. For example, having missed calls shown in a notification instead of a "chat head". In addition, the adds are extremely annoying and invasive. 2025 edit: down to one star, gave up on the app. Adds have become unbearable.

   I had loved this app from the start several years ago. I paid for what I believe is a lifetime pro version. however, a couple of months ago upon completion of a call, the pop-up that gives you options for other communications now has ads attached to them. Is anyone else seeing this? did not pay for a pro version to get ads. I've reached out to support with no response after several emails. I'm willing to lose it as the built-in Google phone option seems to be getting better.

   Hi Michael! We never cancel any subscriptions on our end. Your Subscription should still be active. Please try reinstalling the app and use the “Restore” option after reinstalling.    From the moment I installed Drupe, I've loved it. Customizable, gorgeous interface and lots of one of a kind features. I recommend it to anyone. One thing though, if you purchase the pro version...install all the apps that are your personal "essentials" First; before you add Any other gmail accounts. If you don't, its a little bit of pain in the bahokey, 😒 to get it restored properly. 😁 But once you find the right account you're good 👍🏾. Just becareful matching up your accounts.

   I have used the paid version of this dialer for years. Lately the app has been buggy. When I make a call, the call details don't display on screen (speakerphone, keypad, options aren't available). Since the call isn't visible, I can't hang up from the screen, I have to use the drop down and find the call in my notifications to hang up from there. After a call, the screen remains frozen on the contacts page and hitting the home key on my phone does not return me to my home screen.

   The "3 little buttons" that stay on the screen are always getting in the way. I try to stop the app from running in the background, and it works for about 15 seconds, then pops right back up. It interferes with games, apps, internet... everything on my phone. Also, it don't stop unwanted calls. Gotta pay for block feature, which is free on any factory dialer I've had since I've had a cell phone (and I'm 38 years old). But yeah, I got tired of this one and got another... they won't fix it anyway.

   Seems like an OK but slightly clunky app. Most of it would probably be improved without the ads. So I purchased the ad-free version a couple of weeks ago. After many tries of stopping/starting the app, uninstalling and re-installing, clearing cache, etc (for 2 hours), it is still asking if I want to purchase the ad-free version. When I say Yes, it says Error. Already purchased (which is true). But it's just a vicious circle. Still have ads. Garbage.

   This used to be my favorite app, but after the recent updates, the "after call experience pop-up" option is not working anymore, no matter how I allow the app to display over the other apps etc, doesn't work anymore, and the app keeps crashing randomly which make me miss phone calls..... That's why I went from 5 stars to 2, Please fix the issues. Thank you

   I've been using droop for years, and have loved it. but now with my new phone I get too many ads, and drupe is always trying to show me the pro version. The worst thing is, I can't block phone numbers, without upgrading to the Pro version (not happy). I have the exact same version on my old phone, and I can block calls, without upgrading to the pro version...

    I've always had problems with Drupe. it's strength is in its ability to organize all communication apps in one place. on the last update it's scrambled names with the telephone numbers of other people. it also says it's dialing one telephone number and it dials another. I'm going to have to find another app. I just hope my notes aren't lost
