I used to love this app. Now, after the last update,I can't see any of my images or X-rays. Frustrating, because the issues I'm dealing with deal with X-rays I get sent to a page that said it wasn't working, with a blue reload button at the bottom. I liked having some kind of resource for my health with my doctors. Please fix this problem.
  2. ★★★★★ Data Phile (Russell Robertson) · 16 Sep 2026 · v11.9.2
It's really helpful when you're hospitalized and the Dr's aren't telling you squat. test results hit the app almost immediately as far as I can see. you already have a good idea when they come see you for 5 min after waiting 7 hours for them to come talk to you. it's also good for remembering what medications you were given, what changes you have in meds, reviewing and chart notes. It also lists upcoming appointments and can even add it to your Google and Samsung calenders. once you learn

I continuously get a "Error has occurred on the server, please try again later." message. I have reported this Many Times, reinstalled, etc., etc. Please fix this problem, it often stops, freezes me out of doing anything! Now I am stopped from submitting this Review. What are all these problems?? Please Fix instead of Updating without addressing these issues!

Once you are an established patient with Wellstar health, you can easily setup the app, once you put your birthday and email address into the app, you will get all your health treatment history from Wellstar, plus any messages or upcoming appointments. I have used a bunch of apps, but this one is a very secure one So don't be shy about using it for your health issues.
  5. ★☆☆☆☆ Neha · 15 Sep 2026 · v11.9.2
The app has become extremely frustrating to use. It constantly asks me to change my password and rarely keeps me logged in, so I have to go through passkey verification almost every time I open it. More importantly, the “Notes for Care Team” section has suddenly disappeared. I used this section regularly to read important daily updates from my care team, and now I cannot find those updates anywhere in the app. Please fix the repeated login issues and bring back the care team notes.

  6. ★★★☆☆ Rich Roszel · 14 Sep 2026 · v11.9.2
While MyChart seems like a reasonable idea, in practice it frequently fails to live up to expectations. My doctors ask me to communicate via MyChart, but more often than not, the system tells me an error has occured on the server so I can't send a message. Also, being able to keep a current record of my medications is helpful, but the system doesn't let the patient delete a med. That has to be done in a convoluted way involving the doctor. When it works, it's fine. When it doesn't, it's not.
  7. ★★★☆☆ Rick&Di Spradlin · 14 Sep 2026 · v11.9.2
Disappointed. A lot of estimated bill inquiries turn up empty because the service is not found even when using their own medical terms. Then, if I can find one, it can't give me an estimate using my insurance. The most important thing to me, appointments, and it says I have no future appointments when I actually have five. At least I can see my test results
  8. ★☆☆☆☆ That One guy · 13 Sep 2026 · v11.9.2
this is such a terrible app. it's super hard to log into even if you have your password and user name correct. it takes forever to log in IF and I mean IF it works. * edit they merged this app with another one called UKmychart. well it's even worse now. I can't log in at all it wont send me the code i need. and it doesn't tell me about my emergency room visits and meds etc. it's way worse than it was before.

  9. ★★★☆☆ Clara Park · 11 Sep 2026 · v11.9.2
Well, this app times out while you are typing the summary of the reason for the visit. I had to retype that 3 times. when they send you a document and try to complete it from this app, it updates with 2G speed and asks you to fill them again. It doesn't quite transition well from the written address to the map app. Other than that, if you want to communicate with your provider, I recommend downloading this app so that you are well informed. otherwise, it is pretty good for tracking test results
  10. ★☆☆☆☆ Sharon Greathouse (SLG828) · 10 Sep 2026 · v11.9.2
Was great until every day for a few weeks now it says "server error" and no one has bothered to fix it. Update: This app is still garbage. I can't make an appointment through this at all. It keeps saying that whatever reason for my visit is not valid and I tried several different reasons just to see. Useless garbage app.
