★★☆☆☆ Mari Rogers · 18 Nov 2020 · v1.32.1Sneaky upgrades - it's easy to accidentally use a premium feature (they don't ask you to upgrade BEFORE using it, only when you go to publish) then there's no way to pull it from your video other than starting over so you agree to the trial... then they sign you up automatically for a HUGE monthly fee. I overdrew my one bank account because of this. If it was $5, whatever, but you think this is worth $360 a year??? However it is a fun app so I will add one star back

★★☆☆☆ Dulce V. V. · 29 Oct 2020 · v2.4.2I mean. It's alright? I really like the quality of how you can adjust the volume of the music and video, and I like how you can choose your own music. However. Trying to save your video is REALLY frustrating, it will literally suddenly crash and not save and when it does, it will say it's saved but you can't play the video and is just black, it also takes a long time to download before it gets saved. Please fix this:) otherwise, it is a really decent app and one that I use frequently.

★☆☆☆☆ Nicholas Wood · 9 Aug 2020I made four videos during the trial time in which I did not like the way that the program edited. The day before the trial ended I canceled and deleted the program from my phone. They charged me $79.99 the following day and never refunded my money. Very upsetting. And then I saw the want to recharge me in March 2021! I am not happy at all. 🤬🤬🤬 I would suggest not getting this app.

★☆☆☆☆ Nayana Wexler · 4 May 2020Worst experience of any app I've ever downloaded. I did the free trial at first because I thought that was the only way to actually get into the app. I thought no biggy, Ill just cancel soon. Well, turns out they didnt have the 1 feature I was looking for, so oh well, lemme just cancel subscription and delete app. OK.. NOWHERE on this app is there an option to cancel. I have been emailing for 2 months asking them to cancel for me, meanwhile they charge me $26 each month with NO response.

★☆☆☆☆ A Google user · 10 Apr 2020I was charged today in the amount of $89.59 for this subscription that I cancelled the next day of downloading it . How did I get charged, 6 days later and the pricing is way off. It said 3 days free and $3.99 a month and it did not state the entire amount would be taken out. I would need a refund expeditiously!! Thats almost $100 gone especially in the times that were living in right now!!! This is truly sad!! Nobody as money to waste right now.

★★☆☆☆ A Google user · 28 Oct 2019 · v1.31.0.2Easy to use but the FIRST THING it did was try to get me to pay $80 for the premium account, without making it clear it was in any way optional. The 'trial' still requires you to authorize payment via Google, so good luck getting that back if they decide you didn't 'cancel' fast enough. After I backed out, I was able to actually ACCESS THE APP. I shouldn't be pressured into an account when you havn't let me see the app at all first. Very shady.

★☆☆☆☆ A Google user · 7 Jun 2019 · v1.25.0This app was downloaded by my brother unbeknownst to me, under the free trial. The payment went through when it expired so I reached out to try and cancel, as it only cancels after the year subscription ends. It's been several days and I have not received any reply regarding the unauthorized purchase. Poor customer service and, as it seems there's no refund policy, a little sketchy. Perhaps the app works well, I don't know. But based off their poor service I would give zero stars if I could.

★☆☆☆☆ A Google user · 3 May 2019This app is no good. They say it's free, and give you the option to try a free trial, but if you look at the very small fine print below that - you'll see that they start to automatically charge you $9.99 a week after 3 days. All I needed to do was edit videos and I found apps that could do that and they were ACTUALLY FREE.

★☆☆☆☆ A Google user · 8 Feb 2019 · v1.16.0Subscription only. Can't even try it out without providing credit card for 3-day free trial. I can't even open the app to look around to see it but I'm supposed to give my payment info. This is some entitled Millenial startup nonsense. People don't pay you just because you want to be paid. Welcome to the real world. Hey Unnamed Video Editor app/Wonder Video, Happy birthday to the ground! [slams app on the ground].

★☆☆☆☆ A Google user · 3 Feb 2019Misleading, they make the user think they are pressing continue to go into the app, but it actually signs you up for a trial that will cost $25.99 after. It is written at the bottom, but someone ready/excited to use the app (a kid for example) may miss it and accidentally subscribe. It also gets charged directly to the phone, so even not having a credit/debit card on file, a PayPal account not attached, no redeemable credit, and no Google Play credit it will show up on your phone bill.
