They have been processing the quality check for 9 days but the refund has not even been initiated. the call assistance just blurts out whatever is displayed on the app. it is such a wastage of time, I would rather just go to the store.

But there is a catch ... you will never get the products delivered. After few weeks of chaser they will deduct the platform fees and refund the balance. So you end up spending a lot of time chasing the delivery, and paying platform fees for nothing.
