★☆☆☆☆ Cathy K Sargent · 17 Sep 2026This app popped up on a Wordscapes game I play, offered a 7-day free trial, so I decided to try it. It took almost as long to delete duplicate photos as with a free app I used before & I canceled this app at the end of my 7-day trial, but was charged anyway & as of yesterday, I've been charged 4 times! I emailed my cancellation, but I can only assume it went into lala land. Google's cancellation policy is not clearly stated or accessible.

★☆☆☆☆ Debra Jean Johnson · 17 Sep 2026 · v1.4.4During free trial I canceled every email subscription, deleted every email from every email account I have because I had notifications that my Gmail accounts wouldn't work after a specified date. Many hours work went into this..then canceled bcuz I cannot afford 11.99 weekly. But I thought I had it all cleaned up, right? wrong..3 days later all the same notifications!! and still receiving emails from all the subscriptions I canceled! I guess all that work was for nought! NOT HAPPY WITH CLEANUP!!

All apps are free to download ...what they don't tell you is that it requires purchase after free trial period which is very easily possible to miss. I'm not that lazy that I need to pay $11.99 a week for an app to delete things I don't want on my phone. It's always the items or things with heavy price to "pay" When they have every other as their ads...or in your face ads every second. In my opinion it's a useless app.

I never got the email and of course my card was charged. I came to the app to cancel my subscription but they offer NO OPTIONS to do so. I guess I'll have to order a new debit card or call the bank to dispute further charges from the app. This is insane.

Also, I canceled it a couple of days prior to the 7 days free trial. I would like to have my money back in full! you had no right taking my money prior to the 7 day free trail. I tried to get the payment back with the Google playstore however they stated i had to talk with the developer about it. How exactly do you do that? I expect my money back in full! THIS IS FRAUD!

They tell me to cancel through subscriptions under Google Play, but there is no Subscriptions tab for already i stalled subscriptions (so unless I want to download apps to cancel subscriptions, which I don't!, there's nothing to cancel this). I want it canceled!

I haven't been able to open the app since then & even now so that I can unsubscribe doesn't work. The phone number they give you answers in a different language with know option to change. I'm still waiting on a response from there email address. So I'm sure if I receive any help from them it'll be after they charge my card.

I'm tired of apps forcing you to take a very short trial term just to check out the app. I don't mind apps charging money. What I do mind is apps now require you to take a trial period, so then you forget about it and you get hit with a huge fee.

I closed out the ap. When I came back to do some more all it does is go through a mode with the 4 sided (stars?) going upwards like it's thinking. Tried a reset and get the same thing. Was truly wanting to see if this ap worked well. Now, I can't use it or even cancel my subscription. Please contact me. What can I do?

Also, it's way too pricey. $11 & change a week! Are you serious??? It's a recession right now. I am uninstalling this app. false advertisement. need to do way better. please don't fall for this trick!
