    To annoy, to show a pop-up when it's locked and on other apps, and not close automatically. When you don't open your phone, it just drains your battery.

    I bought my samsung zflip 7 a month ago on samsung website, which is supposed to comes with free screen protection guarantee for 1 year as they promote, and i'm suppose to be able to claim the voucher for that on this app. guess what? IT DIDN"T EVEN SHOWS UP UNTIL NOW. BEEN CALLING THE CS MULTIPLE TIMES AND ALL THEY DO IS TELLING ME TO WAIT OVER AND OVER AGAIN WITHOUT ANY ANSWER TO TILL WHEN I HAVE TO WAIT?? WORST SERVICE EVER👎 THEY DON'T EVEN GIVE ANY UPDATE TO MY ISSUE UNLESS I CALL.

    It is not in my language or countries language and so is incomprehensible, and I deleted it because of that reason. Yet it's downloaded itself as a lot of Samsung apps and Google apps I've had different issues with, and it seems the privacy or freedom of choice in my country doesn't count!!! Not at all impressed!!!!

    Once I want to redeem my coupon, the app said "Failed to connect to server, please try again later (5004)", I've tried many times to re-open, and I've tried to re-installed but it still didnt work 😑 disappointed

    When does this app going to get updates? I recently just bought a new samsung phone and I got a samsung care+ coupon for a year. But the problem is, when I try to activate it, it says "there was a problem in the server #710011". And my voucher is about to expired. I tried to contact samsung and they said that there was a "problem" with the server and they told me that I have to wait around 3 days. Its been more that 3 days and I still can't activate it. Please FIX THIS ISSUE!

    What I hate the most from this app, I can't even log in or get into the app. There's a next button, but when I click it there's nothing happened. I've never experienced like this before (on this app). Idk what is happening. My storage is free, and I've already update it. Urgghhh.. This is kinda frustrating.. I just want to use this app or if I can't, I can simply uninstall it. But this app can't be uninstall. Please Samsunggg

    Dear SGI, Today I redeemed some gift that quite expensive that need to be sent to my home, but sadly I can't update the address in my profile, so how can you send it without my address data? Some people in samsung store tried to help me by call your call center, but they didn't give satisfied answer. The notification said can't connect to server. What happened with your server?

    i have not receive my epic offer product after i redeem my coupon. it is better for samsung to simply include the product in the purchase package compared to assign the customer to redeem the coupon in some app but did not get it in the end.

    Everytime I open this app, it shows app doesn't recognize my device. Why??? I didn't do anything and suddenly I stopped getting offers and now when I tried opening it says that. I checked the update but there's none. So I tried uninstalling but can't. :(
