★★☆☆☆ Mustafa Bhutto · 18 Oct 2026 · v3.8.6Overall, everything is fine. The only problem is that whenever a series is going on, whether it’s T20, ODI, or Test cricket, the matches often don’t play or even appear. These matches are supposed to be available on Tamasha, but whenever I open the app, nothing works. This is the biggest problem.Developer reply · 18 Oct 2026We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing on Tamasha. Kindly share your problematic number along with a detailed description of the issue and a screenshot of the error via email at support@tamashaofficial.com.

★★☆☆☆ MAF · 11 Oct 2026 · v4.0.3Although the phone app is great, the android TV app needs some major work. The app constantly keeps forgetting that I have a pro subscription and I have to force close the TV app and restart it to get pro perks. Moreover, some channels that work on the mobile app, just don't work on the TV app at all. For example the Geo News and Ary News channels don't work on TV at all.Developer reply · 11 Oct 2026Hi there, we apologize for the inconvenience. Kindly ensure your internet connection is stable and your app is updated. If the issue persists, email us at support@tamashaofficial.com with your registered number and an error screenshot. ★☆☆☆☆ junaid · 18 Sep 2026 · v3.8.6Payment deducted through JazzCash for an alleged auto-renewal. Tamasha says refunds aren't possible under their SOP, but my Tamasha billing/payment history shows no corresponding payment record. I have asked them to provide evidence of my explicit consent to recurring deductions and explain why this transaction isn't shown in my billing history. I also found other Play Store reviews reporting similar deduction/payment issues, which is concerning. Google Play should investigate such complaints anDeveloper reply · 18 Sep 2026Hi Junaid, we apologize for the inconvenience. If you’re facing any unauthorized deduction, please email a detailed description, deduction screenshot, and Tamasha dashboard/profile screenshot to support@tamashaofficial.com.
