★☆☆☆☆ rachael wolvert · 17 Dec 2025 · v8.251208.1I paid for the year. It doesn't really do anything. It freezes right before giving you an answer then makes you start over. If you ask for something organized it tells you how to do it, wont do it though. There is a limit on input, but the minute you put in more info it forgets the previous info even when you tell it you are uploading more. It can't check online or do simple tasks. Its a waist of money when you can use free chat and do more than is offered here.

I go into the app to see how to cancel after already having done it and it tells me to go Google play to cancel. so it gives you the run around. you aren't able to call support and tell them to stop trying to charge. I locked my credit card so I wouldn't get a charge. The system doesn't care that its been unsubscribed and canceled.

You need a subscription, like many, but it's not useful for asking a quick question because of all of the prompts to subscribe for the full version. Also, zero stars for all of the fumbling through extra advertising on this app. Would not recommend. It still hasn't reset. I cannot subscribe to a tool that fails to work as advertised. I checked online and this seems to happen to many paid subscribers as well. I look forward to a day when this application gets improved. Later - After contacting online support - still no help or resolution. The voice function always lost my setting, I have to reset it again when I launch the app. I tell the issue to the customer service, they play dumb pretend they don't know how to deal with it. Even if I send the screenshots and describe the issue, they constantly ask me what happened, what the hell with this customer service! Uninstalled and didn't even consider buying premium. If the free version doesn't do as intended, how am I supposed to be sure the paid version does? Customer service messaging is never available and when you email them, they let you know that their response time is 72+ hours. I'm unable to use my PAID subscription. It also deliberately makes you think you have to pay for a subscription to use it. There are only ten free messages. Then my amount of prompts are limited, and the only way to fix it so that I have the full access it to Uninstall and reinstall. Had to do it over 7 times in a week!
