I was repeatedly told that my case would be investigated and that I should wait 24 hours, but there is still no progress. I have followed up many times, but I keep receiving the same response without an actual solution. I just want my concern to be properly reviewed and resolved.

Customer service keeps giving me the SAME useless advice “Change your payment method or voucher.” I’VE ALREADY TRIED THAT! Fix the actual issue instead of giving generic responses. I could order something with a total of 500 but pay for 800 even with vouchers on place. Point being, the prices look marked down but in reality they're not. It's very misleading.
