★☆☆☆☆ Reese Nash · 14 Sep 2026 · v3.4.13.2This app changes your settings and Dowloads apps I don't want automatically. even if you change permissions so it can't, it will update itself and give itself permission to record you using the mic on your phone. it automatically changes its own permissions that you set to go around your boundaries and consent and you can't even delete it. it gives itself permissions to read your files/ messages etc. it records you whenever it wants to and you can not opt out cause it will auto change back.

★★★★★ Lorraine Dooley · 1 Sep 2026 · v3.4.24.0Samsung Push Service just works, and that's exactly what I want from a background service. Notifications come through fast and reliably, battery impact is minimal, and I've never run into sync issues or delays. It runs quietly without ever getting in the way, which honestly makes it one of the most dependable apps on my phone.

★☆☆☆☆ x.ArkaMrijest.x · 13 Aug 2026 · v3.4.24.0This unnecessary app. It doesn't help and hate that it adds updates of unnecessary ads and apps on my devices. I wish that could uninstall it from my internal memory storage. I liked it better without all these updates and unnecessary ad, commercials, apps that it gets constantly updating. Also, it does not make no differences at all with receiving notifications and it does not feel very secure at all on my Samsung Galaxy A03s (SM-A037U) and Samsung Galaxy Tab-A (SM-T580) devices.

★☆☆☆☆ Mp05s · 5 Aug 2026 · v3.4.24.0Why don't you update push service regularly! It's been a year or so since the apps last update! some devices like mine have trouble sending messege right from the notification bar! When a new messege arrive, I always press quick response/quick reply from google messeges but there is a bug. that is my messege keeps turninng and im supposed to leave notification bar and go to messeges app to make sure that the text is sent and see the double check sign! I hope you guys understood my problem..

★☆☆☆☆ David Nunes · 2 Jul 2026 · v3.4.13.2One of many Samsung apps you can't take off and it constantly bugs you to update it. They also installed games without permission that I constantly have to uninstall. Unless Samsung fixes these issues I'm never getting one of their phones again, there are many better options that let you do what you want with your phone.

★☆☆☆☆ Rann First · 21 Jun 2026 · v3.4.24.0samsung puts apps on your phone that you can't take off. I had one of what I found out too late was one of their worst phones. I made space on my phone only to find out it had upgraded the OS during the night. Since then, the stock keyboard is fat finger everything. Icons changed the look. Some things don't need to change to work. But things like that are changed because someone got money to do it.

★☆☆☆☆ jed stanaland · 7 Feb 2026This isn't really needed and doesn't do what Samsung claims it does. Truth about it is that it is spying on you in addition to helping to force cycle the on board memory and allow Samsung/Google to force install apps on your device. Every time they claim to be giving you some kind of supper special app/feature what is happening is that they were either paid to force install it or they are waiting to cycle the memory of your phone again so that they can make it fail faster so you buy again.

★☆☆☆☆ WendyTucker Bulloch · 27 Jan 2026 · v3.4.24.0Just look at what everyone is saying. Its all true. I have at least 10 samsung apps on my phone that update themselves, after I turn off auto update. To me it is Fraud and they don't follow the developer rules. These apps have all my info and still want more. Try the "Discontinue Use" in samsung internet. Its gone less than 8 seconds. Then.......IT'S BACK..

★★★☆☆ USERgame · 8 Mar 2025 · v3.4.13.2I have no experience with this app, I can't open it but like several other apps I can't open, it updates constantly. I have permissions for this app and auto updates turned off, but that doesn't stop it. This and several others all the sudden shows up and is using tons of data and storage. I'm notified it updated every day or two, I try to open it and end up here, with no option to open or uninstall. Can't force stop either.

★☆☆☆☆ Cherry Blackmore · 8 Feb 2025 · v3.4.10.0Spyware? I don't know. Unnecessary? Almost certainly. I've disabled this so-called "app" on numerous older handsets and it hasn't made the slightest bit of difference: I still get notifications about SMS, calls, calendar events etc. I have no smart devices, no phone sharing, and no third party apps for essential functions. Certainly for me, and probably for many others like me, this is a waste of internal memory space. It needs to be made delete-able, pronto.
