What ruined overall impression is very annoying continuous notification to share the app with friends. And even when you turn off this notification in settings it chases you indefinitely on the app screen. They called me for verification, I answered all their questions, and they told me to wait 24 hours. The next morning, my payment was paused again and eventually canceled. Why make me go through all that verification just to cancel it anyway? Very frustrating customer service and a complete waste of time. TapTap Send has been much easier and better for me. After four years, they suddenly permanently deactivated my account with no meaningful explanation or chance to resolve the issue. Even worse, I’m completely locked out and can’t access my past transactions, receipts, or transfer history. Very disappointing. But, there is a restriction on e-tranfer by bank that you cannot send more than 1500, not by the app. I hope the team will find any solution for that, because the addition of bank is not working as it is restricted by banks due to 3rd party.

Remitly keeps sending promotional reminders boasting about great rates, but the rate displayed upfront directly contradicts what you receive at checkout. The Transfer status on Remitly shows Delivered although it's not deposited into the recipient account. it's been 3 days now and still nobody knows where the money went to. This is the third time this happens. I go to sign in another way and it brings an error. I forced stopped the app and cleared cache and now the app won't even open up without an unexpected error message.
