Then I sent them an email but still no response came.Then after a month, I sent an email to the nodal officer and only then I got the refund.But since the refund was received, till date the ride has not been accepted even after using the coupon and the coupon could not be used. It seems as if the rider sees Rs 0 after booking the ride, due to which no one accepts my ride.

The app showed a different fare, but the driver charged me ₹4,000, claiming I had previous dues.immediately complained to Ola, but support kept sending generic copy-paste replies instead of properly investigating.It has been almost a year, and I still have no refund or proper resolution.₹4,000 is my hard-earned money. Customers shouldn't have to chase support for months to resolve a payment issue.Extremely disappointed with Ola's service and cust. support.

★☆☆☆☆ suresh sou · 5 Oct 2026you can't rate below one star thats for ola electric scooter and bikes I have booked ola s1x a month ago and was promised to deliver past 20 days as the app shows after booking. but however no progress made in that period even after full prepaid payment and all insurance related charges. even today while writing review after 10 days of delivery date, no update and no delivery is there. so I suggest first not to go for ola. your service manager have no rights to escalate or check delivery.

On completion of ride, it showed 1028 rupees, which is outrageous for 15 km especially because there wasn't any changes in route or distance. I have mailed the grievance cell of ola today but I have not received any response. Nobody picks up the call either. In other apps, refund is promptly generated in case of mistakes. Very disappointed with Ola. Kindly respond to my mail and begin the refund process

★☆☆☆☆ Supratik Chatterjee · 5 Oct 2026 · v7.5.9I have been supportive of this application for a very long time, but clearly, the company as a whole no longer cares about anything, except for perhaps feeding their delusions of grandeur, which usually happens when the senior leadership loses pragmatism. The QoS over the past year has been abysmal to say the least. If you are unable to provide a service, you should be upfront about it. Trust, even in the Indian market is quite important.
