★☆☆☆☆ Damian · 5 Oct 2026 · v9.44.0I received some sunglasses that were advertised as bifocal, but were just plain sunglasses. I reached out immediately for a refund, but Mercari said they would not refund me and only offered a "store" credit that will expire if I don't use it. I infreqeuntly use the platform, so will have to try and find something to purchase. This is not in compliance with basic consumer rights. They also block your ability to review a vendor when a return is requested.

★★★★☆ J B · 5 Oct 2026 · v9.45.0It's a great selling site. My only complaints are that I would prefer to get paid for sales through PayPal and that isn't an option. Also it emails me multiple times to respond to messages that I have already responded to.

★☆☆☆☆ Samantha Keegan · 5 Oct 2026 · v9.44.1Had a 5 star review. No funny business. Filling out tax info. I accidentally hit auto fill. Missed it until 1 sec. after hitting submit. I corrected the issue. After review, I'm blocked/ banned for? Wanting to fix my mistake? Richard Opelt Jr. is my ex. I don't need his info., mine is better. Separated 7 months ago. He taught me and I was doing well w/o him. Yet, this happens. My way to be independent of him. Stonewalled, No logic/good reason for it. Use any other app. If able. NO STARS

★☆☆☆☆ Hobbes Hyperfixates · 4 Oct 2026 · v9.45.0I got logged out because I changed my password and it will not let me log back in with ANY of my active email addresses, but when I try to sign up to make a new account with one of those email addresses, it says there is an account active using that email. What in the world??
-
★★★★☆ LaNita Willis · 4 Oct 2026 · v9.44.1I can find everything my Grandchildren ask for. The prices are affordable and sellers are responsive & responsible!
-
★☆☆☆☆ Letosha Johnson · 4 Oct 2026 · v9.45.0Hate selling on this app😤 This app rips you off and charges unnecessary fees when you do not have the correct shipping supplies to ship orders! That is total BS! All the money sellers make off of sales should go to them and them only! These so called selling apps charge way too much for you to sale your items on😠
-
★★☆☆☆ oceanrays · 4 Oct 2026 · v9.44.1mostly fine but there needs to be a way to print first class envelopes with a qr code. there's hardly anywhere that'll print the label given out and without a printer theres basically nothing you can do to get it sent out.
-
★★★★★ Samantha · 4 Oct 2026 · v9.44.1This transaction had no issues!

★☆☆☆☆ Offline Player (Epic) · 4 Oct 2026 · v9.44.0hidden fees.
