Tracking that feels easy.

Kenki is a calorie counter, food diary, workout tracker and intermittent fasting app in one, so you can stop paying for four.

Magic Log: just say or type what you ate and the AI logs it with the macros. Or just snap a photo of your plate: Kenki recognizes every dish with portions and calories. No searching, no scrolling. Eating out? Point your camera at the menu and Kenki tells you what fits your day. In the gym, Kenki writes your program around the main lifts, you log your sets, and the next session adds the weight for you, so you never have to guess your progression again. Fasting runs itself from the meals you already log, and any nutrition question gets a written, science-based answer.

Nutrition and tracking
• Log calories, macros, water and weight, and see your history in simple charts
• Set macro targets from your bodyweight, with presets for low-carb, keto or high-protein
• Scan barcodes to log food quickly. Tap the scan icon in the search bar
• Photograph your meal: the AI identifies every dish with portions and calories, and you tell it what to fix
• Fix a wrong product or add a missing one, and your correction goes to the open food database
• Ask a question about diet, fitness or health and get a written, science-based answer
• Photograph your fridge and get recipes from what is in there
• Log a walk or a run yourself when nothing is tracking it, and Kenki adds it to your daily target
• Plan meals up to two weeks ahead in the diary

Meal planning
• Browse recipes with photos and put together a day or a full week
• Let "Surprise me" fill your week based on your goals and the foods you avoid
• Read recipes in your own language
• Build your own recipe from real ingredients, with live nutrition as you add them
• Point your camera at a restaurant menu and get suggestions that fit your day

Strength training
• Tell Kenki your equipment and how much time you have, and it writes a program around the main lifts
• You log the weight, reps and RIR for each set, and the next session adjusts to what you logged
• Holds like the plank run on time instead of reps, and warm-up is its own item to tick off
• Hundreds of exercises with instructions, and you can add your own when the catalog is missing one
• See trends and personal records for every lift

Fasting
• Track your eating window and how long you've been fasting, built from the meals you already log
• See the metabolic phase you're in
• Pick 16:8 or another rhythm that fits you

Your coach
• Every week, Kenki reviews your logs: what went well, what slipped, what to focus on next
• A daily brief turns your numbers into a concrete next step or two
• Insights connect food, training, sleep and recovery: protein timing, a stalled lift, a short night before a session
• Ask your coach about your own trends and get a straight answer
• Kenki measures your real calorie burn from your entries and weight trend instead of a formula
• Before each session you see how recovered you are, from sleep, HRV, resting heart rate and training load

Streaks and referrals
• Build a daily streak, with milestones at 7, 30, 100 and 365 days, and a Premium freeze
• Invite a friend: once they subscribe to Premium, you both get 30 days free

Health Connect and widgets
• Kenki reads weight, water, steps, active energy and workouts from Google Health Connect, and writes food and water back
• A home screen widget shows today's numbers
• Tablets: side rail instead of the bottom bar, two columns

Premium
Premium adds auto-progression, unlimited AI questions, full meal planning, deeper tracking, a calorie target that moves with your real activity, and recovery hints from your HRV and sleep.

Please note: Kenki gives you information, not medical advice. Talk to a healthcare professional before making decisions about your health.
