Hey Guia: Voice Commands

Got a smart speaker and no idea what to say to it? Start here.

Hey Guia is an independent guide to voice commands. It shows the exact phrase to say to Alexa, to Siri and to Google Assistant, explains what each command does, and walks you through the setup you have not done yet.

WHAT IS INSIDE

- 120 voice commands, each one with the phrase ready to speak, what happens when you say it, and other ways to ask for the same thing.
- 10 categories: basics, alarms and timers, music, smart home, calls and messages, directions and places, productivity, information, fun, and phone.
- 44 step-by-step guides, one screen at a time, now for Siri and Google Assistant too: install the app, turn on Siri, talk hands free, choose which assistant answers on Android, turn on lights and plugs, play music, radio and podcasts, and what to do when the assistant stops answering.
- Command of the day on the home screen, a new one every day, so you learn without searching.

ONE COMMAND, THREE ASSISTANTS

The phrase already comes with the right wake word: “Alexa, ...”, “Hey Siri, ...”, “Hey Google, ...”. Tap the name of the assistant and it switches on the spot, so you never have to guess how to say it.
Alexa: 88 commands. Siri: 110 commands. Google Assistant: 118 commands. And 79 commands work the same on all three assistants.

TRY IT RIGHT AWAY

One button opens the assistant already on your device with the command on screen: you say it out loud and watch it happen. No leaving the app, no copy and paste.

MADE FOR BEGINNERS

No jargon and no thick manual. Every command fits on one line, every guide moves one screen at a time, and there is a tip wherever the step usually goes wrong.

- Works offline: the commands and the guides live on your device.
- Light and dark theme, following your system.
- 7 interface languages.
- Favorites, to keep the ones you use every day.
- An optional daily reminder, at the time you pick.

WHAT HEY GUIA IS NOT

Hey Guia does not control devices, does not answer commands, and does not replace the official apps. It teaches, lists and explains: the one doing the work is the assistant already on your phone or in your speaker.
