I honestly thought Costco was going to be so much better, but I am missing Sam's Club. ☹️ How can most things about Costco be ok, except their app. Cannot make an in Warehouse shopping list, or share the online list with my husband. The search feature for both online and warehouse never finds what I am searching for. Hire better app programmers.

I don't want to share my location with the app, so when I enter my zip code to search for which warehouses has a particular item available, the search simply does not go through. the customer service chat window is not good. The keyboard hides the text box so I cannot see what I am typing.

★☆☆☆☆ Samuel Crawford · 5 Oct 2026 · v26.9.2Love the Costco experience, Hate the App. While attempting to make a list of favorites it displays an error message for me, sometimes it logs out of your account conveniently right while you're trying to come into the warehouse at the entrance, and there is no scan & go capability like Sam's Club. To top it all off, sometimes my phone makes weird buggy noises when loading to the next page of the catalog. Transition to a new platform with a smoother experience please Costco. No excuses for this.

I can't scroll in the textbox. random messages from the rep were not rendering. Seems buggy and untested...not sure how that made it into PROD
