Not being able to track your son's location defeats the purpose of our app. For accurate, real-time updates, please ensure your son's iPhone has Location permissions set to Always (Settings > Be Closer > Location > Always) and that Low Power Mode is off. Also, turn ON Background App Refresh in iPhone Settings > Be Closer.
