★☆☆☆☆ snehodeep banik · 5 Oct 2026 · v14.27.0This was my first time using Agoda, and unfortunately, I won’t be using it again. We intended to book for a specific date, but due to the confusing booking UI, the reservation was made for a different date. We only noticed after the booking was confirmed. When we tried to change the date, Agoda offered no option to modify the booking or get a refund. What’s frustrating is that the same hotel offered a full refund when booked through MakeMyTrip and the hotel website.Developer reply · 5 Oct 2026Hi snehodeep banik, Our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Please let us look into your booking issues. Kindly email the case summary and booking ID to googlesupport@agoda.com and include your case number (#1244866) in the email subject. We will get back to you as soon as possible. ^Hafiz

★☆☆☆☆ Ravinder Singh · 5 Oct 2026 · v14.35.0-5 rating for Agoda platform. Very pathetic, disheartened and mentally harassment situation due booking made by Agoda platform. I had booked 2 rooms with 7 guests including 3 children. While booking the rooms, I had filled the details of children's age. On reaching the hotel, the manager said that the booking was made only for 2 adults. I said that I had booked for 7 pax, but due to technical glitch of Agoda app it was showing booking for only 2 adults but he denied and I had to pay INR 3,000.Developer reply · 5 Oct 2026Hi Ravinder Singh, Our apologies for the inconvenience caused. ★☆☆☆☆ amit chandra · 5 Oct 2026 · v14.36.0⭐ 1 Star – Very Poor Experience Very disappointing experience with Agoda. I booked a room specifically with a balcony and mountain view, but I was given a room without a balcony. I requested a room change, but there was no proper support or resolution. The customer support was extremely poor. Despite contacting them, I did not receive any satisfactory assistance. This completely ruined my stay and experience. Very poor service and support. I strongly recommend avoiding booking through Agoda.Developer reply · 5 Oct 2026Hi amit chandra, Our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Please let us look into your booking issues.
