By rating your current satisfaction in each life slice between Languishing (😫) and Thriving (🤩), you create a baseline for your growth towards Resonance (how aligned you are with your thrive state and best self).

Oktant translated this calibration into a Resonance score that is shown on a Resonance chart, helping you to visualise your life balance instantly, identify areas needing attention and set the foundation for improving your Resonance.

Your growth is tracked seasonally (a three month period that is not too long that progress stalls or too short that nothing meaningful is achieved) against your calibration and you can choose to recalibrate at any time.

Within each season, you can create several quests. Quests are goal-driven journeys tied to growth in one or more life slices. Quests focus on answering the why, how and what of your objective. They start with why (the intrinsic motivation behind it), then define the what (through success markers that cement what successful completion looks like) and clarify the how (through consistent rites that shape the habits that fuel your progress). Rites are the definition of what needs to be done regularly and they're measured in pulses (scheduled check-ins, ideally daily). Each pulse completion earns you Resonance points, which move you closer towards Resonance. Quests can also be done Solo or in Crew Mode allowing you to share your journey and earn RP with others. Remember, as the famous quote goes: "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together."

Your dashboard is your command center. Watch your Resonance Score evolve in real-time as you complete pulses, hit success markers, and complete quests. The Resonance header shows your current score and progress for the season, month, week, or day. When you complete a quest, you'll walk through a reflection flow that celebrates your achievement and shows the Resonance Points earned. At the end of a season, review your progress in detail and calibrate for the next season to continue your growth journey.
