    Extremely disappointed and frustrated with OneScore. After using the app loyally for 2–3 years, I’m shocked that CIBIL access is now locked behind a paid subscription. OneScore was known as a free credit score platform, and this sudden change feels like a serious betrayal of user trust. Why should I pay to access my own credit score when other apps provide it for free? This decision has completely destroyed my confidence in OneScore. I’m uninstalling it and moving to another service.

    Even checking the CIBIL score only now requires a monthly subscription. ₹99/month just for basic credit tracking is way too expensive for most of the people. Locking such a basic feature behind a recurring payment makes the app hardly useful.

    Never thought i will uninstall this application. yes the plus feature, you guys are a big company and you can figure out multiple ways to make money. But today i saw some plus option to be purchased. Very disappointed that I'm not able to check my Cibil anymore. I can directly use Cibil subscription if i want to then using this. It was a good app though.

    Very disappointed with OneScore. I have been using this app mainly to check my CIBIL and Experian scores, and now CIBIL score has been put behind a paid subscription. The app was promoted as a free credit score checking platform, so this change is extremely disappointing. There are other apps that provide CIBIL score checking for free, so I don't see any reason to pay just to access my own credit score. I am uninstalling OneScore and switching to another service.

    This app used to be good, but now they’ve introduced a subscription just to view my own CIBIL score. Fine, I decided to stop using it and close my account, but it showed some error and wouldn’t let me. Now, in the latest update, they’ve removed the option to close the account altogether. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. They have my email, mobile number, Aadhaar, address and other personal data, yet won’t even let me delete my account.

    Uninstalled after seeing one score plus paid membership, how can anyone pay just to check credit score. Seeing some information related to AI. Not sure what is a avilable in paid membership. Update: Only Experian is included in free, for monthly cibil as well subscription is needed

    cibil view moved as a paid option. Tried to close the account, the app not allowing me to close. Regular tracking is not free for CIBIL and only for Experian. CIBIL scores already other apps providing for free so Onescore no longer needed if payment is required.

    Used this app once every 1–2 months to check my CIBIL and Experian scores together. But I’m not interested in paying for a subscription when the same service is freely available on other apps. I’m fine using multiple apps. So I decided to delete my account and move on. But even that doesn’t work! Every attempt shows “Something went wrong.” Seriously frustrating. If users decide to leave, at least provide a working account deletion option. Very disappointing experience.

    The worst app I have ever used. I’m extremely disappointed with its poor user interface, and I keep getting errors whenever I try to view or click something. I strongly recommend not installing this app. There are many other much better alternatives available.
