   There is no option for changing address. Due to which I haven't received my physical books. I have mailed many times but the response is always same that "We're prioritizing your request, and I will make sure this issue is resolved over the weekend.    This app is the worst. They don't provide us with the tests that we missed to give due to certain circumstances. It was okay for the first two tests but the test that happened last Sunday is still not available (It's been two days now). I paid ₹3000 for one of their test series and my experience so far is really not good. This app just annoys the hell outta me.

   Despite good educators, it is so frustrating to use the app. so much difficulty in downloading pdf. No help is provided for technical difficulties apart from the automated chats or calls that are not helpful at all. People from the company will call nonstop till you take admission and then poof disappear when you need any query to be resolved.

   App's some functions are excellent and others are the worst. The English civil services batch and faculties are great. Mock tests quality and evaluation are excellent but timings need to be more flexible. Rates are also more reasonable than competition. However the optional subject preparation other than a few are the worst or recorded or irregular.

   I am using this app. but there are many issues and there is no proper customer support. My child is using this for classes and she is not able to interact in live classes as her msg is not delivering from last 15 days . doing complain nothing is happening. very poor aap and unacademy should improve there customer support system

   One Of The Worst UI Ever. Help & Support Section Is Also Useless. Unacademy Is Very Aggressive At Marketing Before You Enroll But Lord Knows What They Do After Enrollment. Haven't Received Physical Notes After Many Weeks And Whenever I Go To Help & Support App Says " Ticket Raised. You'll Receive Email About Update" But There Is No Email Even After Countless Raised Tickets.

   Very poor response. I bought an Iconic course subscription where they were supposed to deliver physical notes at my address but they didn't deliver even after repeated complaints. There is no response at all from Unacademy side

   No, seriously, thank you. I genuinely mean it. I downloaded the app from a third-party source just to check and attended a class from there. After uninstalling the old app, my heating issue was completely fixed, and the screen blackout problem I was facing repeatedly was also gone. Honestly, thank you so much for responding and actually helping me with this. I’ve said this before too—whenever I’ve reported any kind of problem to Unacademy Support, they’ve always taken students’ issues seriously

    I don't want to continue with this batch and would like to request a refund. I haven't watched any lectures or live classes because I'm not comfortable with the teaching pattern. The notes aren't helpful, and even the solutions to questions/PYQs aren't clear enough to understand. I've also faced a lot of issues with the app. Overall, the experience hasn't been useful for me, so I don't want to continue. Please process my refund.
