Even after logging in, it forces me to take some stupid survey every single time, completely ignoring the fact that I’ve already skipped it multiple times. Getting customer support was unnecessarily difficult, with confusing forms and no straightforward way to reach a human. I eventually had to jump through multiple hoops just to create a ticket. Paying customers deserve much better support.
