★☆☆☆☆ Chito Baron · 18 Nov 2023 · v4.23.0You said it's a 3-day free trial. Why was i charged already for a 1 year subscription? I just installed it now and the 3-day free trial just started. Need to cancel my subscription at once and you should return or reverse the amount you took from my credit card. Please do something about this. Im very disappointed.....Developer reply · 18 Nov 2023Hello! In order to determine the problem, you can contact us through the customer service portal located in the Tempo APP settings. If possible, please include relevant screenshots or screen recordings. We will review your feedback and get back to you as soon as possible!

★★☆☆☆ Savanna Hill · 11 Dec 2022 · v4.6.1it's alright, but it's not the same. They took out all the categories like they decided to restart it. Which, I used to use this. this was my main go-to editing app, especially for YouTube edits, until now. I just did one and it was great, but I don't like it anymore. And they just put random music over the video like they've been copyrighted or something, the music doesn't match up with the lyrics to the song or anything.Developer reply · 11 Dec 2022Aww! We're sorry. The templates in the APP are constantly being updated. You can contact us through the customer service portal located in the TEMPO APP settings.Provide template information, will optimize.it is recommended that you click the "music logo" at the bottom of the template editing page to replace it with the desired local music.

★☆☆☆☆ Teresa · 30 Nov 2022I am giving this a one star only because I am unable to give it zero stars. The app itself is very cool. However, when I saw the price of the app I went back to the Google Play Store and cancelled my subscription and uninstalled the app. And then 4 days later I received an email saying I had been charged $59.99 for a year! I don't know why I was charged, but I was charged. So if you download the app and don't want it, make SURE you check your bank statement! Now I can't unsubscribe for a year!Developer reply · 1 Dec 2022We’re sorry! In your case, consider that you have conducted a free trial, but did not cancel the subscription service in time according to the corresponding prompts on the software page. Please note that uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription. In order to avoid renewal again, it is recommended that you cancel your subscription.

★★☆☆☆ Tammy Bennett · 26 Nov 2022 · v4.5.0I used to think this was one of the best video making apps out there. This all changed a while ago. They stopped having as many free videos and now you have to watch an ad to do anything and it let's you use each one only once. (Unless you have premium) Its really annoying especially when I want to make an edit of family and then use the same video but with an edit of friends instead.Developer reply · 26 Nov 2022We understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience. TEMPO provides a large number of free templates for you to make, you can browse more free templates on the homepage to make and export.in addition, about the ad,We will thoroughly review your suggestions to optimize and upgrade our product, so stay tuned for new updates!

★★★★☆ hi mi · 28 Sep 2022 · v4.0.1Ok so i got the app and i really love it and it has been really well but the only thing i feel that made me put 4 stars instead of 5 is because i feel there are too many ads. Its not like a load of ads were you get an ad every 5 seconds, but there are alot. Another thing is maybe making more free templates. There are alot of premium templates and we need some more free ones..Other than all that overall i absolutley love this app for making edits and other things!Developer reply · 29 Sep 2022Hello,thank you for your love, and I'm sorry for not bringing you a better experience.TEMPO provides a large number of free templates for you to make. You can browse more free templates on the homepage for making and exporting.Regarding advertising,we will fully consider your feedback in the follow-up and continue to optimize and upgrade the product.

★★☆☆☆ abby dollar · 1 Jul 2022 · v3.3.2I would delete it but I would like to use multiple apps to make edits to upload on TikTok. But the adds, I get you need money but there's such thing as to much. Not only do you have to watch two adds for on template, but you also have to watch an add to exit the template. The producers of this app should really consider not having so many adds in their app.Developer reply · 1 Jul 2022Hello,sorry for the inconvenience caused to you! Tempo provides a large number of free templates for you to make, and you can browse more free templates on the homepage for making and exporting. Regarding advertising, we will fully consider your feedback in the future to optimize and upgrade the product. Looking forward to a better user experience!

★★☆☆☆ ABRAXAS STRAGULUM · 2 Jun 2022too many ads, no seriously. I get the free version first to see how I like it. Every time you move anything for any reason, ads. I didn't even get to use it. after 7 ads and not even starting I just moved on. if you want users. give us a chance b4 proving you are just another soul scalper.Developer reply · 3 Jun 2022Hello, I am very sorry for the inconvenience. ★☆☆☆☆ Jade · 5 Oct 2021 · v2.3.0.2It says free trial for 3 days. But as soon as I install the app I already got charged for a year. So there wasn't really a free trial because as soon as the app was installed they take out the payment for 1 year. It should be free trial for 3 days and after 3 days then thats the time that you will charge the customer.😥 But you already took the money on my account. This is false advertising. This app is not free for 3 days. Its not. Beware!Developer reply · 6 Oct 2021Hello, according to your feedback, consider that you are automatically renewed after clicking the free trial twice. At present, TEMPO can only try once for free, and the second free trial system will default you to subscribe immediately. No refunds will take effect immediately after payment by the member.

★☆☆☆☆ Millet Landicho · 27 Sep 2021Guess we all have the some problem here. I deleted the app on the same day I installed it. I was charged with the fee but 2 mins after a refund was processed. I assumed the developer noticed that i am not using the app and have deleted it immediately. 12hrs later you charged me again. I was expecting a refund will follow but there was none. Kindly refund said amount asap. Do not give me the same response as you give to others because i don't want to call you a scammer. Thank you so much.Developer reply · 27 Sep 2021Hello, I am very sorry for the inconvenience. If you do have repeated deductions, in order to better help you solve the problem, please feel free to tell us through the TEMPO App (click Settings-Feedback), and we will serve you wholeheartedly!

★☆☆☆☆ Narciso Manalili · 14 Sep 2021This app eats my gcredits without permission and without notification. As far as I remember, you should have notify me if that 3 days expiration gonna end ahead of time. Im a busy man and definitely i lost count on those days. 1st day i installed the app, i try to find the option in the app how to cancel the subscription but theres no such thing. This issue maybe, i had some fault because of being ignorant using the app, but these developers are cheaters.Developer reply · 15 Sep 2021Hello!If you have a free trial, and you do not cancel the free trial 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, it means that you agree to the renewal, and there is a related renewal reminder on the App membership page. If you want to cancel your subscription, please contact Google Play official customer service to help you cancel.
