★★☆☆☆ Yehuda Leiser · 22 Apr 2026 · v0.7.8736It's a fun game in theory, however there is WAY too much focus on money spending. For example, I've spent over $100 on this game, and you would think my progression would now be continuously fast and smooth, but as soon as I stopped spending money, my progress instantly plateaued. Meaning you have to be continuously spending money in order to progress anytime quickly. So in all - barely 2 stars.Developer reply · 24 Apr 2026Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. The game is designed so purchases are optional and meant to speed up progress, not replace it. We’ll share your concerns with the team for review. We appreciate your support and hope you’ll still enjoy future updates and improvements.

★☆☆☆☆ Jeremy Phillips · 26 Feb 2026 · v0.7.8692I absolutely HATE all the Pop-ups when you log back into the game, like can I just do what I want without having to hit "X" on 15 popups. I don't care about the new mini game either, also stop directing me where to go in the game, it's just ignorant and annoying! I mean just allow us to play the game how we want not how you want us to play it. Game would be so much better without the 15 popups and being directed where to go, cause I don't care about the marina right now or the race track.Developer reply · 27 Feb 2026Hello! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that pop-ups and forced directions can be frustrating. Your comments will be shared with the development team to help improve the login experience and give players more freedom to explore the game their own way in future updates.

★☆☆☆☆ Brailyn Fry · 24 Feb 2026 · v0.7.8692So much potention, love the concept, but everything goes against you all in hopes you spend money. Warehouse space is always full with the games items. I'll have 2 goods in it and no more room. So much going on at one time that you never have enough goods. Buildings cost increases way too high way too quickly. Before I knew it I was fighting to have warehouse space, goods to send ships or finish projects, and cash to purchase buildings. At that point I gave up and deleted the app.Developer reply · 25 Feb 2026Thank you for your detailed feedback! We’re sorry the game felt overwhelming and that managing warehouse space, goods, and costs became frustrating. Your comments about balance and progression are very valuable and will be shared with our team to help improve the experience. We appreciate you giving the game a try.

★★★☆☆ Dave · 7 Nov 2025 · v0.7.8657My only wish is that I wish there was a way to pause or stop experience gains with a toggle switch or something. I now have 6 or 7 'events' running at the same time, and it's pretty much a garuntee that I'm not going to be able to complete even half of them before they time out, due to the required factory resources being needed by all of them. Unless the event buildings/areas can still be completed even after the event ends, even if there's no more rewards.Developer reply · 12 Nov 2025Hello! Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We understand your concern about managing multiple events at once. Don’t worry — event buildings can still be completed even after the event ends, although rewards are only available during the event. We appreciate your feedback and wish you fun building!

★☆☆☆☆ Andrew · 2 Nov 2025 · v0.7.8657Straight cash grab, every single pop up is trying to get you to buy something. I get it, it's free to play, they gotta make money. but when I've literally been clicking for almost 5 minutes to get out of endless pop ups it's infuriating. They also let you buy packs knowing that once the time limit is up, you can't get that currency anymore(WITHOUT SPENDING MONEY) leaving you with a half finished build. ENTIRELY TOO MUCH GOING ON. Stay away and save your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Developer reply · 7 Nov 2025Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We’re sorry to hear the pop-ups felt overwhelming. Optional offers are meant to provide faster progress, but all main features can be enjoyed for free. We appreciate your feedback and will keep working to make the experience smoother and more balanced.

★☆☆☆☆ EB Snowdon · 8 Sep 2025There is no space is the whole of this game. There's a great event building, but there's no space and you need an expansion. But you can't expand because you need some super rare widget. But to try for the random drop you need to fill orders. You could make things for the orders, but there's no space to put anthing in your warehouse. Because the warehouse is full of items you need to expand your warehouse, you're just missing 1 or 2 more super rare items. There is NO FUN here.Developer reply · 16 Sep 2025Thanks for sharing your feedback! We understand how frustrating it can feel when storage and expansion items seem hard to come by. The game is designed to offer challenge and progression, but your experience matters—your input helps us balance future updates for more fun and smoother gameplay.

★☆☆☆☆ Brandon · 22 Aug 2025 · v0.7.8627This is by far one of the most greedy pay-to-play games I've seen. You want people to build special buildings within a short period, which require special items. Then when it's not achieved, you charge $20 to finish it. Now you have thrown in a "scanner" item which is rare to get, to upgrade your storage. I am stuck selling items I need just to be able to continue playing the game. Stop being so money hungry and just make a fun playable game smh. Two years later and the game is worseDeveloper reply · 9 Sep 2025Dear player, thanks for your feedback! The game is created in such a way that you can complete any tasks or finish buildings without paying for them. Normally, players use transactions just to save their time. Crafting objects may take some time, that is why it is important to be patient.

★★★☆☆ Aesia Karim · 6 Dec 2023 · v0.7.8517I love building simulation games. I've experienced better building games than this. Overall, this game needs to be updated to look more attractive and more appealing. The game starts out with no friendly welcome introduction and no background gaming music. There is no profile setup until a few levels in the game. The landscaping, the buildings, and the amenities all need to be larger. The game is good for a beginner in building simulation, but still could use some more work.

★★★★★ Jon Eckert · 28 Jul 2023 · v0.6.7898Love the game, been playing for more than two years. I just have a few things I wish the developers would fix. First, the number of stages to complete a special building(ex. Roman Colosseum was 20+ stages.) is way to much. Perhaps reducing the number of stages by half would be more fun and appealing to players. Second, the items needed to expand territory need to be easier to obtain(ex. Excavator bucket is very rare and can only be obtained from airport. More options would be great.Developer reply · 2 Aug 2023Thank you very much for sharing your ideas with us! We have already transferred all your comments to our development team. We are sure they will take all your suggestions into consideration when creating new game content. We highly appreciate your attention to our game!

★★★★★ Tyler Moody · 29 May 2022 · v0.1.4409I genuinely cannot find anything wrong with this game. It gives you a fair shake instead of throwing abunch of in-game purchasing in your face and there are literally no ads, except for the optional ones that help you progress. When it comes to in-game purchases; they are very reasonably priced, so you can tell that these developers don't 100% rely on your money and they aren't incessantly throwing ads everywhere. It's the best building simulation that I have ever played. Good day. :)Developer reply · 21 Oct 2020Dear player, thank you! We are happy you enjoy our Global City! We really tried to create a great game for you and make it better. Stay with us to see more new features in the game!
