PS Field Staff

PS Field Staff is a dedicated logistics and operations app designed exclusively for authorized company field staff and delivery partners of PS SpareParts.

Key Features:

Assigned Deliveries Dashboard: View and manage your assigned spare parts deliveries in real-time.
Navigation & Routing: Easily navigate to customer locations with integrated mapping routes.
Payment Reconciliation: Record and confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) amounts collected during deliveries.
Field Visit Log: Manage client marketing visits, mechanic follow-ups, and sales activities.
Important Location Disclosure: To enable efficient operations, PS Field Staff collects precise location coordinates from the moment you log in until you log out. This location tracking is used for managing assigned deliveries, staff availability, and tracking company field visits. This tracking runs continuously while you are on duty, including when the app is running in the background, closed, or not in use. Location data is shared with company administrators and is shown to customers only while their specific order is out for delivery. Tracking stops immediately upon logging out.
