★☆☆☆☆ Doc Fearless · 5 Oct 2026 · v7.83.0AVOID. waited over 45 min to check in at restaurant with 0 in line before me. 99% of my experience with this is same. AVOID. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO IMMEDIATELY ADDRESS ISSUES

★☆☆☆☆ Billybobs Painting · 5 Oct 2026false advertisement.... inside lid of the whopper box is a QR code. it's says, "let us know how we can improve your experience". so it makes you download the app but there is no place to "let them know" without buying something. this is classic bait and switch advertising. also when you what to add something extra on a sandwich it's and extra .50-1.00. but if you choose to remove anything, do you get credit? no.

★☆☆☆☆ Charles Butler Jr · 5 Oct 2026 · v7.83.0The single star says it all for me. No words necessary.
-
★★☆☆☆ Brad Dittner · 5 Oct 2026 · v7.83.0McDonald's app is more user friendly than Burger King's. Matching the offer to the code and to the location so that the order is received quickly and correctly is frustrating.

-
★☆☆☆☆ Clay Jay · 5 Oct 2026 · v7.83.0This app is BROKEN. After several failed payment attempts on the app, I brought it to an employee in the store and they replicated the same failed results with 2 other employees. After rudely suggesting maybe there was something wrong with my card, the payment went thru immediately on their register. Sorry! they did say, but this app is still broken. I LOVE Burger King, but this app is a joke 🤣
