Check Yeah: ADHD Habit Tracker

The habit tracker that doesn't guilt-trip you.

Check Yeah is a shame-free, dopamine-driven habit tracker built for ADHD brains. No red X's. No "failed" days. No resetting your progress to zero because life happened on a Tuesday.

FOR THE PRODUCTIVITY GRAVEYARD
For the brain that has downloaded and deleted 20 different planners. We didn't build a better to-do list; we built a system that expects you to get distracted; and welcomes you back like it's no big deal. Because it isn't.

REST DAYS KEEP YOUR STREAK
Take a rest day and your streak survives. Freeze a single habit or your whole day. Recovery beats perfection, and your chain stays unbroken while you catch your breath.

CHECK OFF HABITS WITHOUT OPENING THE APP
The home-screen widget shows what's left today. Tap a habit: done." The less friction between you and the checkmark, the more checkmarks.

TINY CELEBRATIONS, REAL DOPAMINE
Every check-off is a little win that feels like one. Even opening the app counts. Especially on the hard days.

BRAIN CHECK-INS
Log your energy and focus in two taps. Over time, see how your brain actually works, and plan habits around your real patterns, not an idealized version of you.

REMINDERS THAT WORK WITH YOUR ROUTINE
Anchor reminders to your morning coffee, your commute, your wind-down, not arbitrary clock times. ADHD brains hate arbitrary clock times. Premium adds location nudges when you arrive home or head out, computed entirely on your device. Your location never leaves your phone.

ALSO IN THE BOX
• Dyslexia-friendly font option (OpenDyslexic)
• Low-stimulation mode when everything is Too Much
• Dark mode that actually respects your eyes
• Sync across devices; start on your phone, check off anywhere

Check Yeah is free to use. Premium ($4.99/month or $39.99/year) adds location reminders and more.

Start small. Even drinking one glass of water counts.
