BizBook is a point of sale, invoicing and inventory app for small businesses. Ring up a sale, send an estimate or invoice, and keep track of the stock behind it, all from your phone. Sales, invoices and stock keep working with no internet, so your counter never stops at a bad signal.

POINT OF SALE
Scan a barcode or search a product, record how the customer paid (cash, card, bank transfer or credit), and hand over a printed receipt or a PDF. Change is calculated for you. Counter-sale receipts are unlimited and free. BizBook records the payment method for your books; it does not process card payments.

ESTIMATES AND INVOICES
Send a branded estimate, quote or invoice with your logo, address and tax rate. Share it by text, email or WhatsApp, or print it. Track what is open, partly paid, paid or overdue, and get a reminder to follow up. The customer name is optional.

CUSTOMER CREDIT
Sell on account and keep a clean credit book. Record part payments, see who owes you and how much, and check a customer's full history before you extend more credit.

INVENTORY
Products, categories, variants, batches and expiry dates. Low-stock alerts before you run out. Every stock movement is recorded against the sale, purchase or adjustment behind it, so counts can be traced. Reorder suggestions come from your own sales pace.

BUILT FOR SMALL BUSINESSES
Pick your business type during setup and the app adjusts to match. Set your own currency, sales tax rate and rounding. Works for retail shops, market and pop-up vendors, food businesses, salons, repair and trade businesses, and anyone who sells products or bills clients.

WORKS OFFLINE
Sales, invoices, receipts and stock all work with no signal, and your business data is stored on your device. Cloud sync, backup and AI features need an internet connection when you use them.

AI THAT SAVES TYPING (OPTIONAL)
Photograph a supplier invoice and it becomes a draft purchase. Scan a product to fill in its details. Speak a sale or an expense. Ask plain questions about your business. You review every AI result before it saves, and the app is fully usable without AI.

REPORTS AND MONEY
Cash flow, sales, profit, top sellers and slow movers. Bank accounts, cash on hand, transfers, and expenses with a photo of the receipt.

STAFF AND PERMISSIONS
Give each person their own login and decide what they can see and do. Cost prices and daily sales can be hidden from staff who do not need them.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Export your products, sales and invoices to CSV or JSON and keep the file, free on every plan. Excel (.xlsx) workbooks are a Pro feature.

PRICING
POS receipts and offline use are free forever. Formal invoices are free up to 40 a month. Pro adds cloud sync, multiple users, Excel export, premium invoice templates and AI reports. Paid plans are billed through Google Play, and you can try everything free for 14 days.
