Tap to Sleep: Bedtime Stories

Tap to Sleep is a screen-time-friendly bedtime app with no ads, featuring interactive stories for toddlers and preschoolers (ages 2 to 5), plus gentle lullabies suitable from infancy and perfect for nap time too.

Two full stories are free, forever. No ads. No tracking. No overstimulation. Just calm.

★ CALM AS BEDTIME SHOULD BE ★

We're all about supporting calming bedtime routines and minimising the overstimulation of screen-time, which can lead to bedtime struggles. Tap to Sleep has no bright lights, just the gentle glow of a well-told tale with subtle, calming interactions throughout. Our relaxing short stories for toddlers and preschoolers have interactive elements in each story. Our lullabies have no interactive elements and are perfect for creating a calming atmosphere at any age, including for babies. Set the in-app sleep timer and watch your little one drift away uninterrupted.

★ DESIGNED WITH SENSITIVE SLEEPERS IN MIND ★

Lovingly designed for every child, and especially considerate of children with ADHD, autism, epilepsy and sensory processing needs. Every story uses a darker colour palette and minimalist animation to help avoid overstimulation. Real human narration throughout, never robotic or AI generated.
