Most body fat apps ask for a tape measurement and run a formula anyone could run on paper. aXis reads the photo itself. Compare your left and right biceps, thighs and forearms over time and close imbalances before they show. Trend charts cover body fat percentage, daily calories, workout volume, and each exercise's max weight, best set or estimated one-rep max.

WORKOUT LOG AND QUICK LOG
Start a workout and log sets from a library of 433 exercises, or create your own. Star your favorites and they stay on top. Quick Log records a single set in two taps, with weight and reps filled in from last time. Edit or delete any past workout, and scroll back through your whole history.

GREASE THE GROOVE
Training pull-ups or push-ups through the day? Turn on grease-the-groove mode and every Quick Log set joins one rolling workout for today, synced to Hevy as a single session.

TWO-WAY HEVY SYNC
Add your Hevy API key and aXis pulls in your whole Hevy workout history, pushes the workouts you log back to Hevy, keeps edits and deletes in step, and posts your approved body measurements to your Hevy profile.

The Wear OS app shows your latest body fat percentage and logs sets from your wrist, with your favorite exercises first and recent ones next.

HOW YOUR DATA IS HANDLED
Body scans, food scans and AI Coach messages are sent over an encrypted connection to Google Gemini for analysis, and only after you allow it. You can revoke that permission at any time in the app. Your saved scan photos, measurements and workouts stay in the app on your phone. We never sell your data.
