Day by Day: Habit Calendar

Day by Day helps you record the days you do something towards a goal that matters to you. Choose what you want to nurture in your life and mark the days when you do something that counts towards it. Each marked day lights up on your yearly calendar.

A BROAD GOAL, EVERYDAY ACTIONS
Your goal could be "Enjoy life", "Take care of myself" or "Learn more". You follow one goal at a time, with up to three optional actions to help you decide when to light up a day.

For example, for "Enjoy life", your actions could be:
• Read for 10 minutes.
• Spend quality time with family.
• Do some physical activity.

These actions are references, not a to-do list to tick off in the app. You decide what counts for your day and make a single entry on the calendar.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose your goal and, if you like, write down the actions that count towards it.
2. On days when you do something that counts, tap "Light up today" or mark the date in the app.
3. Watch your marked days become a visual record of your year.

YOUR CALENDAR ON YOUR HOME SCREEN
Add the widget — a calendar that stays on your phone's home screen — and resize it to fit. You can then light up the day without opening the app.

Each column represents a month and each hexagon represents a day. The lights show the days you marked. The widget always displays the current year.

RECORD PREVIOUS DAYS TOO
Forgot to mark a day? Browse months and years in the app to record previous days. You can also unmark a day if you need to correct an entry.

SIMPLE AND LOCAL
No ads and no account required. Your goal, actions, entries and preferences stay on your device. Android may include them in backups depending on your settings.

Available in English and Portuguese, with an in-app language selector.
