★★★★★ DARKB1KE · 21 Jun 2026 · v1.1Works half the time but great when it does.
-
★☆☆☆☆ hsew · 25 Nov 2025 · v1.1Didn't notice any difference, no PIP/pop-out or floating miniplayer button, on Android 16.
-
★★★★★ A J · 29 Jun 2025 · v1.1It works!
-
★★★★★ Firefox user 18838575 · 28 Jun 2025 · v1.1Im not sure it's supposed to have any effect on Desktop Firefox, but somehow it's fixed the issue I was facing - the url bar PiP button was constantly vanishing on youtube/displays despite the PiP right-click and floating button working fine This extension seems to fix that perfectly as well!
-
★★★★★ RedinfinityPro · 20 Jun 2025 · v1.1Thank you so much for making this extension, this works perfectly for playing YouTube videos my device.
-
★★★★★ Yabi · 18 Jun 2025 · v1.1awesome extension. the picture-in-picture works the same as the Google version but with more features, which is just what i was looking for.
-
★★★★★ LumiNexus · 6 Jun 2025 · v1.1Extension works so no longer have to deal with YouTube trying to break itself on Firefox instead of fixing their own app's memory leak issues.

★★★★★ fairywren · 14 May 2025 · v1.0I had no idea that YT intentionally broke PiP on android. It's been bugging me for years. This extension works perfectly, as far as I can tell. I've been running into a problem where the video stops loading and thus stops playing, and I have to reset the PiP window, but that may just be an Internet issue, and not the extension.Developer reply · 15 May 2025Probably was the extension but I've made a fix that should be live soon

How these figures are measured
Change in installs, scaled to each window from the real gap between crawls. A window needs a full period of history before it reports anything.
