FIX IT LYFT!! In fact, passengers should get a discount when the driver takes the wrong route.

"Just a few more seconds" it says, but then you end up waiting 10 minutes or more just to possibly find a drive. and I dont live in a rural area. it sucks that id rather walk 2 miles then deal with this app anymore. but here we are

Two drivers cancelled on me one minute before they were suppose to be there . And their is no way to get in touch with your company and I was so mad it wouldn't have been a good conversation anyways . one of your drivers pulled in the parking lot but never got out of the car there name when she tried to text and say she couldn't find me she never tried . she sat in her car for the lo
