Quick Reminders: Notes & Lists

Quick Reminders is a fast, flexible Android reminder app for notes, tasks, lists, images, contacts and voice notes.

Capture anything you need to remember, schedule it for later or pin it to your notification panel so it stays visible until you're done.

Whether it's a quick thought, shopping list, phone number, photo, task, appointment or recorded voice note, Quick Reminders makes it easy to save it and come back to it when it matters.

CAPTURE REMINDERS YOUR WAY

Create reminders using:
• Text notes
• To-do lists and checklists
• Images and photos
• Contact details
• Voice notes
• Scheduled tasks
• Repeating reminders

Quick Reminders keeps things fast and simple without forcing every reminder into a complicated task management system.

VOICE NOTES & AUDIO REMINDERS

Sometimes saying it is quicker than typing it.

Record a voice note directly in Quick Reminders and save it as a reminder. Pin it to your notification panel and play the recording straight from the notification when you need it.

Perfect for quick thoughts, instructions, ideas, jobs and anything that's easier to say than type.

PIN REMINDERS TO YOUR NOTIFICATIONS

Keep important reminders somewhere you'll actually see them.

Pin notes, lists, images, contacts and voice notes directly to your Android notification panel and keep them visible until you're ready to deal with them.

NATURAL LANGUAGE SCHEDULING

Create reminders using everyday phrases such as:
• tomorrow at 8
• in 30 minutes
• tonight
• next Friday
• every weekday at 9
• next week

Quick Reminders understands natural scheduling language and prepares the date and time for you to review before saving.

TASKS, LISTS & CHECKLISTS

Create to-do lists, shopping lists, packing lists, work jobs, routines and everyday tasks. Keep everything lightweight, quick and easy to manage.

CUSTOM SORTING & SMART LISTS

Arrange reminders in the order that works for you. Keep important items at the top, organise active reminders and quickly find saved items when you need them again.

HOME SCREEN WIDGET

Keep useful reminders visible without opening the app. View and access notes, tasks and reminders directly from your home screen.

CALENDAR, IMAGES & CONTACTS

Turn reminders into calendar events in a few taps.

Attach images or photos when a picture is more useful than text, and add contact details for calls, messages and follow-ups.

REPEATING & IMPORTANT REMINDERS

Set reminders to repeat daily, weekly, on weekdays or using custom schedules.

Use spoken alerts, full-screen reminders and lock-screen options when supported by your device.

SAVE, REUSE & SHARE

Save reminders for later, browse reminder history, duplicate useful reminders and reuse regular tasks or lists instead of starting again.

Share reminder text whenever you need to send something to another app or person.
