For example a friend said the app lets you transfer money internationally to another account but I cannot figure it out. I've been an int'l student twice as well as an expat. It never did come to my mind to complain that those countries' local banks do not provide service in Kz or Ru OR En, as it was not the language of those particular countries. It just locks you out forever. Don't recommend putting money into this bank --- UPD. In response to Damir -- no, I'm not going to risk getting locked out of the app once more. Not using the bank until this "feature" is no longer mandatory. You're trusting your image recognition technology too much...
