The customer service is non-existent these days and just cannot talk or email to anyone to get a proper update. My order was not delivered within the promised time, and there was no proper communication about the delay. If a delivery time is committed, customers expect the order to arrive on time. ★☆☆☆☆ Rajdeep Ghosh · 12 Sep 2026 · v5.8.3There is a huge difference of rates across purchasing from shop & Dmart ready app. All items are expensive in the app comparative to visiting to shop. For eg., if you purchase Maggie from app the rate is Rs. 112/- & the shop rate is Rs. 76/-. This gives me an cheating experience given my Dmart. The rates should be uniform in app & shop. As people are also paying delivery charges while shopping in app. Dmart app needs to stop this malpractices with immediate effect.

This can't be the solution. ★☆☆☆☆ Vijay Lad · 10 Sep 2026 · v5.8.3This app was good but it will charge for delivery and DMART store and the app has to increase products availability, there are lots of products not available to re-order, it has to improve and make like a DMART store and DMART ready customer service is very slow to response us. Dmart ready is not improving, besides other apps improve and give me free delivery with in 10 to 30 min. I even complained via email, didn't receive any response, not even a confirmation email or sms. They don't even have customer care chat options on their app like other shopping platforms and there is absolutely no way to check the status of your complaint. U are at the mercy of dmart! This just shows how little dmart values their customers. Absolutely pathetic service!

So, it would be better if we look for another app instead. I don’t think it is reasonable to expect every customer to have a lift facility. Not everyone lives in a building with a lift, and refusing to deliver to the first floor in such cases is quite inconvenient. So, I think it would be better for us to use another app for our grocery shopping.

I had to dispose of it, as visiting the service center would take time and money. The company sells defective items and does not allow returns or exchanges.
