It kept getting delayed and now shows 24 Sep. Support promised delivery or an update within 72 hours, but neither happened despite multiple emails. Ironically, my courier from India to Australia arrived faster than their delivery within India! Instead of sending daily sale emails, focus on existing orders, accurate delivery updates and customer service.

First they notify me I have to give a different address for exchange pickup.I gave them my office address. after that the delivery partner called me one day in the evening and told me they have so much pressure off several deliveries, so they will deliver it the next day to me. But after that they neither call me nor deliver my product. After that I called their customer service 4 times,they didn't give any response.They are Deceiving.

I returned my order 3 week ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, they have neither issued my refund nor provided a valid banking Transaction ID. Every single email I send to their customer support is met with the exact same copy-pasted automated response asking me to 'wait 48 hours'—a loop that never ends. They are completely ghosting me while withholding my money. Do not buy from this app.
