In the app you'll find:

Every plate and recipe is broken down:

Meals follow the principles of balanced nutrition, including the Harvard Healthy Eating Plate approach.

FEEDING DIARY (tracker)
A tool for tracking new foods and your baby's reactions.

Record and review your baby's food journey, from the first bite to a confident, less picky eater:
- log every food you introduce
- track reactions to each food
- build your baby's personal feeding history
- add notes to each entry (context, behavior, details)
- a structured list of possible reactions, developed with a pediatric allergist (MD, PhD, Professor)
- see how many foods you've introduced to follow progress

PERSONALIZATION
Content adapts to your baby:

- age (6m+, 9m+, 12m+, 18m+ and more)
- reactions to foods and allergens
- dietary needs (such as intolerances or restrictions)

The app takes these into account when suggesting and showing content.

HEALTHY EATING PLATE

An interactive screen that shows how your baby's diet is structured.

The plate is split into sections based on balanced nutrition, each one a separate food group.

In the app:
- tap a section to see the foods that belong to it
- quickly understand how to build a balanced plate
- find your way around food groups while starting solids

It doesn't just show you an example plate, it helps you understand the logic behind building one.

EDUCATIONAL CONTENT

- practical tips adapted to your baby's age
- video guides from Yummo experts
- articles explaining the important stages of weaning

Everything is built to give you a quick answer in the moment, without searching through different sources.
